Clearing grass and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50mtr out side the periphery of the area cleared

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc ( not exceeding 1.5m in width) and for shaft wells,cesspits and like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan,including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed/ required

Providing and laying in position soling stone hand packed of size (90mm - 150mm).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:4:8 mix using 40mm nominal size stone aggregate

Brick work with common burnt clay (non- modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 above plinth level including curing in cemnet mortar 1:6 mix (I cement :6 coarse sand)

Providing form work of shuttering including centring strutting and propping etc and removal of form.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of (M.30) grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size design shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand filling the joints with coarse sand filling etc. all complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade (1:3:6) maximam size stone aggregate 20mm including curing complete

12mm cement plaster of mix 1:6( 1 cement: 6 coarse sand)
