Taking down the unserviceable aluminium point wiring (light, fan,socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches, sockets, switch sockets combination, ceiling roses, pendent regulators, bell bush, calling bell etc and making good distrubed surfaces of walls and floors etc. all as directed.

Taking down existing old unserviceable submain wiring removing materials for keeping in safe custody and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) single core PVC insulated heavy duty ISI Marked FRLS unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through in and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit of suitable size dia and conduit accessories concelaed/ fixed to wall/floors/ceiling etc and provision of PVC Insulated heavy duty ISI marked FRLS unsheathed copper conductor,1.5 sqmm for earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly including cutting chases for conduits and sinking's for boxes and making good to walls, floors etc suitable size of sheet metal box 1.6mm thick fixed and flushed inside the walls, with 3mm thick laminated sheet top cover for housing the switches, socket outlests, fan regulators including fixing PVC round block etc., complete all as specified and directed for the following: -

One light point controlled by one 5 Amps switch.

One ceiling fan/Exhaust fan controlled by one 5 Amps switch.

One socket 5 amp on independent board.

All as per item No 3 above but wiring with 2.5 sq mm FRLS copper cable including earth continuty conductor with 2.5 sq mm FRLS copper cable for one 6 pin 15 Amps socket outlet on independent board controlled by 15 Amps switch all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair switch socket combination 2 in 1, 5 Amps piano flush type all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair switch socket combination 5/15 Amps multi pin flush type all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair ceiling rose, three terminal, PVC/polycarbonate, isolated body, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair fan speed regulator, electronic step type, suitable for single phase AC, 240 volts, 50 Hz, 100 watts all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sub-main wiring 2x2.5 sq. mm +1x2.5 sq. mm earth wire unsheathed PVC insulated, single core cable with copper stranded conductor drawn through and including suitable dia non metallic rigid PVC white conduit and conduit accesories concealed/fixed to wall/Hangar&building roof/floor as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. Note: 2 runs of cable and one run earth wire and conduit will be measured as one length.

M&L for sub-main wiring with two runs of 4 sqmm unsheathed PVC insulated, single core cable with copper stranded conductor drawn through and including suitable dia non metallic rigid PVC white conduit and conduit accesories concealed/fixed to wall/roof/floor and including suitable PVC conduit with 4 sqmm copper earth wire complete all as specified and directed. Note: 2 runs of cable and one run earth wire and conduit will be measured as one length. Three run of 4 Sq mm cable and PVC conduct is measured as one Run or one Meter.

M & L for cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting not exceeding 10 cm girth all as directed.

S&F in repairs LED Tube light dual colour(warm & bright) fitting 1 x20 W, 4 feet ,220V housing with PC diffuser box type with driver,holder including LED tube light connecting up with 3 core 0.5sqmm copper wire between ceiling rose and fitting terminal all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair LED light fitting mirror type with high out put diffuser 2 feet, 10 watt 220 V AC decorative type with driver holder and LED lamp including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F round shape 15 watt 220 volts AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with drivers, holders, LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing ceiling fan of any size, M&L machine Painting of ceiling fans complete, in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc. Including writing MES No, complete all as specified and directed.

Hanging Only Ceiling fan and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan all as specified ,and any addn/alteration /threading if required to down rod shall be done by contractor with out any extra cost Complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing exhaust fan 300 mm sweep, M&L machine Painting of Exhaust fans complete, in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc. Including writing MES No, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only exhaust fan and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose/connector to fan all as specified and directed.
