Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth in a hard soil for laying underground cables/ errection of steel tubular poles / stay pit etc all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for spreading, levelling in layers n exc. 25 cm thick and ramming of sand cushioning to PVC/ XLPE cables with tibba sand and punning to provide required cover to UG cables. Note :- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm

Returning, filling in incl spreading,levelling watering and well ramming in layer n exc .25 cm in soil each layer complete specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance n.exc 50 m and depostimg where directed at alevel n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing electric under ground XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 Core in trenches, ducts, pipe on walls, poles all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down old unsv and supply & fixing cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Eartherd) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accssories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sq mm.

Supply & fixing in replacement of light grade galvanised iron tubes 80 mm dia at two/four pole structure or laid in trenches for cable protection or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & errect Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11 metres long)all as specified or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of stay assembly etc including necessary form work, all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping around poles , including necessary form work finishing even and smooth without using extra cement , all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cross arms, bracing, supports, back plate & clamps fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washer cutting, welding bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape for bolts in any shape or size inclusive of painting with 2 coats of aluminum paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified

Material & Labour for stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 including loop type insulator, stay clamps, nut & bolts etc (excavation and concrete measured & paid separately) (Rod dia 20mm).

Material & Labour for Anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole

Taking down old Unsv GO's and supply & install 11 KV air break gang operated triple pole out door type gang operated air break switch mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level with 09 Nos insulators outdoor type triple pole suitable for horizontal/vertical installation provided with locking arrangement consisting of MS channel HT post type insulator high pressure heavy tined copper alloy contact assembly suitable for 400 Amps, including air break switch suitable for 11 KV, 400 Amps mounted on 06 Insulators with drop out fuse unit, operating rod 25mm dia GI medium grade pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for renewal of earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm X 60cm X 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to OH conductor on pole/ Panel/ main switch board etc all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including provision galvanized strip protected by 40 mm bore, light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including excavation & earth work, PCC pit with RCC cover, charcoal, salt, funnel, GI strip and protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32 x 6 mm galvanised iron or steel wire.

Taking down carefully and supply & fix in replacement of Lightning arresters expulsion type 11000Volts high tension complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge, capacity 65 kilo amp.

Dismantling carefully and supply chain link MS galvanised fencing 4mm dia MS galvanised wire 50 mm square mess, for protection outdoor HT feeder panels all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. with provision of binding wire including one coat of aluminium paint.

Supply & fixing in replacement of light grade galvanised iron tubes 100 mm dia at two/four pole structure or laid in trenches for cable protection or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Suppy and fix inreplacement of Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or grreen 'Two-in-series' assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts.

Material & Labour for cold mix emulsion granules road patching material in making good of road 40mm thick.

Boring under road/Taxi track at a level of depth upto 1 mtr without dustrubing the top surface of the road of taxi track for throughing the GI pipe of 80 mm bore and cable HT. Note : GI pipe will be measured & paid seperately.
