Providing & fixing flase ceiling with semi perforated 12mm thick micro tegular edged GRG false ceiling tiles at all height with GRG(Glass fiber reinforced Gypsum) flas ceiling tiles of size 595x595mm of approved texure, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRCO, 50 as per IS 8225:1987, non combustible as per BS 476(part4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T- Grid of hot dipped falvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanised @ 120 grams per sqm inculding both sides) comprising of maint runners of size 15x32 mm of length 300 mm cross- T of size 15*32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross -T of size 15*32 mm of length 600 mm to form gird module of size 600x600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items(galvanized @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasterners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm Galvanized iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40mm of length 3000mm to be fixed on peirphery wall/partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm centre to centre and 40mm long dry wall wood screws including dismantling of wall and ceiling boards(fible, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets. The work shall be carried out as per specification, drawings and as per directions of the Engineer-in--Charge.

M & L for 2nd class soft wood plain of sectional areea exc 13 x n exc 25 sqCm fillets square, recangular or triangular in section clean sawn, secured with nails or brads in repair including taking down old and decayed timber complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for 9mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated both sides with decorative choice laminations as in doors or partition complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for readymade soft wood wall panelling in strips of 100mm width 9-10mm thickness having tonge and groove fixing arrangement fixed to wooden frame work as per manufacurer instruction in repair including taking down old and decayed wooden baording/panelling of any description complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
