Supplying and erecting steel shuttering including necessary supports for plain surfaces for reinforced cement concrete works such as grade beams, column footing, plinth beam, stair case steps, pedestals bed blocks cover slab etc., using mild steel B.G. 10 sheets of size 90cm X 60cm stiffened with mild steel angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10cm X 6.5 cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre, supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm diameter spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement, three M.sand and six aggregate) using 20mm hard broken granite stone jelly for dummy columns including laying of concrete vibration charges etc., but excluding cost of reinforcement, complete complying with standard specifications.

Paving the floor with Designed Colour double charged Vitrified tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm in all floors over a base layer of Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.3 Kg/sq.m including finishing neatly and curing, etc. complete, complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The basic cost of tiles should not be less than Rs.80/-- Sq.ft)

Supplying and paving the floor with design mat finished anti-skid ceramic tiles of approved brand and quality of size 12” X 12” in all floors over a base mortar using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) 20mm thick laid in situ true to alignment and pointed with colour cement (White cement mixed with colouring pigment) to suit the colour and shade of the ceramic tiles used neatly and fixed in position without any air gap in between the ceramic tiles etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The sample colour and shade of the ceramic tiles should be got approved from the departmental officers before use on works).

Dadooing the walls with best quality glazed tiles of approved design, colour of size 30 cm X 45 cm over the base plastering of cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) 12mm thick and set in cement mortar 1:2 (One cement and two M.sand) and pointed with colour cement and finishing neatly as directed by the departmental officers., etc, complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and paving the floor with design mat finished non-skid step tiles of approved brand and quality of size 12” X 12” in all floors over a base mortar using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) 20mm thick laid in situ true to alignment and pointed with colour cement (White cement mixed with colouring pigment) to suit the colour and shade of the ceramic tiles used neatly and fixed in position without any air gap in between the ceramic tiles etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Supply and fixing country wood scantling (first quality wood) for door frames including labour charges for making, applying anti corrosive paint on the back sides of frame and fixing the frame in position, etc. complete complying with standard specification. (The wood have to be got approved by departmental Engineers before use on work).

Supplying of MS hold fasts of size 230x50x6mm MS flats suitably folded to the rejoined ‘Z’ shape to have two end flabs 50mm long and over all length of the horizontal position as 230mm and including making necessary groove in the two end flats to accommodate screws etc complete.

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of STEEL DOOR with following section. Outer frame 40 X 40 X 3mm Hollow steel special extruded section as at 3.28Kg/RM and shutter frame 40 X 40 X 3mm hollow steel special extruded section as at 3.28Kg/RM. Stiffeners with 32 X 6mm at 1.5 Kg/m MS flat is provided as the lock rail of the door and welded in fact on both ends to shutter frame. 18 gauge CR sheets of best quality is laid as panel is laid as panel in the shutters frames. 18X5mm at 0.7 Kg/m MS flat is welded over the 32X6mm at 1.50 Kg/m MS that on the rear side of the sand witching the CR sheet for rigidly.
