NOTES :The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document & all corrigendum/ amendments and General conditions of contracts before entry/quoting the rates.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out as in soft/loose soil.

Excavation in post holes not exceeding 0.5 cum and getting out and returning filling in, ramming earth in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good in hard/dense soil.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50 m above the starting point.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm as in soft/loose soil.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete M-7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Plain Cement Concrete M-15(Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in making good window opening, lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, coping, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water trough and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Reinforced Cement Concrete M-20 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation & plinth beams complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork for foundations, foundation beams etc. for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for TMT Bars Fe 500D 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required inculding cranking bending spirally hooping for columns etc and binding with MS wire ennealed less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for TMT Bars Fe 500D 6mm dia to 8 mm dia & cut to length bent to shape required inculding cranking bending spirally hooping for columns etc and binding with MS wire ennealed less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with bricks class designation 75, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick plaster in Cement Mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surface of wall and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, with water proofing treatment. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measure and paid separately

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new external wall surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic exterior weather resistant paint (weather proof paint @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm per two coats ) of required colour shade and as per manufacturer’s specification over a coat of acrylic exterior primer(@ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete M-10(Nominal Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hard core of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken stone or boulders , spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface

Materials and labour for Mild Steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directedincluding taking dwon old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel and iron surfaces of any description over exceeding 10 cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed..

Material and labour for Loose filling with aggregates of gauge 20 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of chain Link 3 mm dia , 75mm x75mm mesh size of mild steel galvanized fencing and minimum weight 2.1 Kg per Sqm and including fixed with straining bolts incl provision of binding wire etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10 cm and not exc 15 cm long, dia of neck 16 to 20 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material, labour for high strength steel deformed TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including hooking ends for straining chain link fencing and fixed on fencing post complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, embedded in natural ground complete all as specified and as directed.
