E/w in excavation in foundation trenches in hard soil (vide classification of soil item B) and disposal to a distance up to 50 m including all lifts, leveling, ramming the foundation trenches removing roots of trees, shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/I.

Earth filling in foundation trenches and plinth in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick well warered, rammed , fully compacted and fire dressed with earth obtained from excavation foundation trenches/ supplied earth within a lead of 50 M and lift of 1.5M all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

Providing coarse clean sand in filling in foundation trenches of plinth including ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick with all leads and lifts including cost of all materials, labour, royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing designation 75B one brick flat soling, filled with local sand including cost of watering taxes, royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing P.C.C M-150 with nominal mix of (1:2:4) in foundation with approved quality of stone chips grade II (20mm to 6 mm size) clean coarse sand of F.M 2.5 to 3 including screening, shuttering mixing cement concrete in mixer and placing in position, vibrating, skirting curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Centering and Shuttering includingg Struting,Propping etc. and removal of form for- Foundation ,footings bases of column etc.

Providing R.C.C M-200 with nominal mix of (1:1.5:3) in foundation and plinth with approved quality of stone chips 20mm to 6mm size graded and clean coarse sand of F.M 2.5 to including screening shuttering mixing cement concrete in mixer and placing in position, vibrating, striking, curing (but excluding the cost reinforcement) taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing R.C.C M-200 nominal mix of (1:1.5:3) in band at plinth level with approved quality of stone chips 20 mm to 6mm size graded and clean coarse sand of F.M 2.5.to 3 including screening shuttering mixing cement concrete in mixer and placing in position, vibrating, striking, curing (but excluding the cost reinforcement) taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing designation 75 B brick work in C.M (1:6) in foundation and plinth with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M 2 to 2.5 including providing 10 mm thick mortar joints cost of screening materials, racking out joints to 15 mm depth, curing, taxes and royalty and complete as per building specification & direction of E/I.

Providing R.C.C M-200 with nominal mix of (1:1½:3) in columns with approved quality of stone chips coarse sand of F.M 2.5 to 3.0 including screening shuttering mixing cement concrete in mixer and placing in position, vibrating, striking, curing (but excluding the cost reinforcement) taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 75B brick work in C.M (1:6) in super structure and plinth with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M 2 to 2.5 including providing 10 mm thick mortar joints, cost of screening, materials, scaffolding, racking out joints to 15 mm depth curing, taxes and royalty all complete per building specification & direction of E/I.

Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. Inner surface.

Providing tor steel reinforcement of 8 to 12 mm mm dia rods as per approved design and drawing excluding carriage of rods to work site, cutting, bending and binding with annealed wire with cost of wire, removal of rust, placing the rods in position, all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. (a) 8 mm dia (TMT Fe 500)

Providing tor steel reinforcement of 10, 12 & 16 mm dia rods as per approved design and drawing excluding carriage of rods to work site, cutting, bending and binding with annealed wire with cost of wire, removal of rust, placing the rods in position, all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.. (b) 10 mm dia (TMT Fe 500)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Providing primer one coat of red lead paint of approved make over new steel surface including preparing the surface after cleaning, removing dust, dirt, scales smokes and grease and cleaning the surface throughly including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. (Mode of measurement area shall be multiplied by the co-efficient as indicated in building specification)

Providing two coats Ready Mixed Painting over steel Surface do----do all comp job.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, includin necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre.

Providing angle as per I.S. 226 50 x 50 x 6 mm

Labour for cutting of M.S. angle iron post to required length, one end splitted as fishtailed in a length of 150mm complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Labour for fabricating, erecting, hoistion and fixing in position structrral steel work in R.S. Joist, channel, Angle, Tee, flat, plate, latice member, built up compound section in column, girder, stair case, or truss including cost of gusset plates, holding down bolts, anchor plates at all heights and depths, bolting, welding ( machining wherever necessary) with applying a priming coat of red lead paint all complete as per approved drawing, building specification and direction of E/I.

Supplying, fitting and fixing 20 guage G.C.I. Sheet gate fitted on M.S. Angle frame of size 60X60X6mm. Including cost of fabrication, providing necessary locking arrangement with haskal and domny duly fixed in P.C.C. (1:2:4) blocks of required size applying a priming red lead paint over steel work, taxes all complete as per drawing specification and direction of E/I.

Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. grill made of 20x6mm M.S. flat as per approved design and drawing, properly fabricated with joints continuous fillet welded and finished smooth , carriage of grill to work site, hoisting as per building specification and direction of E/l. (where materials is not supplied by the deptt.)

Providing primer one coat of red lead paint of approved make over new steel surface including preparing the surface after cleaning, removing rust, dirt, scales, smokes and grease and cleaning the surface thoroughly including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l. ( Mode of measurement Area shall be multiplied by the co-efficient as indicated in building specification)

Dismantling pucca brick or lime work including stacking serviceable materials in countable stacks within 15M. Lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I.
