HYDRO MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT

(Bell Mouth): Design, manufacuring, supply and fixing of bell mouth of standard design and drawing for 700 mm dia (ID) main penstock pipe.

(Air Vent Pipe): Providing and fixing of Air Vent Pipe 150mm dia and 10 kg/cm2 pressure as per direction of Engineer In-charge.

(Main Penstock Pipe): Manufacturing, supply and fixing of spirally welded Penstock pipe of 700 mm dia (ID), 10 mm thick, and 420 m length.

(Branch Penstock Pipe): Manufacturing, supply and fixing 2 Nos. of spirally welded Penstock pipe of each measuring 500 mm dia. (ID), 10 mm thick, and 12 m length.

Laying, Cutting, Fabrication, Joining & Welding of penstock pipes i/c loading and unloading charge (Job work)

Applying priming coat with ready mixed primer of approved brand and manufacture on outer surface of steel penstock pipe.

Painting two or more coats with black anti-corrosive bituminoustic paint of approved brand and manufacture on outer surface of steel penstock pipe to give an even shade.

(Expansion Joint for Penstock Pipe): Providing and Fixing of ISCON Flexible Expansion Joint conforming to IS 210 FG-200, 720 mm (OD), Flanged ends drilled to IS 1538 with Matching M.S. Companion Flanges (2 nos.) Rubber Gasket, Bolt & Nut.

Manufacturing, supply and fixing of Air release valve 100 mm dia and 10 kg/cm2 pressure as per direction of Engineer In-charge.

(Saddle Sheet or Saddle Block): Providing and fixing of Saddle sheet suitable for 720 mm diameter (OD) penstock pipe at Saddle Blocks.

(Sluice Valve for Main Penstock Pipe): Manufacturing, supply & fixing of electrically operated Heavy Duty Sluice Valve of 700 mm dia. (ID) as per IS:14856 PD:2000, Thickness 10 mm with complete fitting accessories, flanged ends drilled to IS 1538 with Matching M.S. Companion (2 nos.) Flanges, Bolt, Nut & Rubber Gasket. Test Pressure: Body-25kg/cm2, Seat-18kg/cm2.

(Sluice Valve for Branch Penstock Pipe): Manufacturing, supply & fixing of Heavy Duty CI (IS 210 FG-200) Sluice Valve of 500 mm dia. (ID) as per IS:14856 PD:2000, Thickness 10 mm, Non-Rising Type SS-410 Spindle & Gunmetal Working Parts, Handwheel Operated, Flanged ends drilled to IS 1538 with Matching M.S. Companion (2 nos.) Flanges, Bolt, Nut & Rubber Gasket. Test Pressure: Body-25kg/cm2, Seat-18kg/cm2.

Providing and manifacturing of M.S. flange made by 25mm M.S plate suitable for 700mm Sluice valve (I.D) with necessary hole as per direction of Engineer In-Charge.

Providing and manifacturing of M.S. flange made by 25mm M.S plate suitable for 500mm Sluice valve (I.D) with necessary hole as per direction of Engineer In-Charge.
