Preparation of old black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer paving bituminous (VG-10) at the rate 5 kg per 10 Sqm with mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (VG-30) contents by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with power rollers to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note : - (i) Bituminous premix asphaltic concrete shall be laid using self propelled hydrastatic paver. (ii) Preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting in tipper. (iii) Rolling shall be done in three stages as per clause 5.6.2 of IRC 111:2009 using 9 to 10 tonnes dead weight or vibratory steel wheel roller, pneumatic rollar of 12 to 15 tonnes and finally 6 to 8 tonnes smooth wheel rollars.

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam using 4% binder content using paving bitumen (VG-30) by wt of total mix using hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using vibromax power roller of capacity 8 to 12 Tonne complete all as specified and directed (consolidated thickness not exceeding 75 mm) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Bituminous macadam shall be laid using self propelled hydrastatic paver finisher. (ii) Preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting in tipper.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sqm paving bitumen (VG-10) putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder paving bitumen (VG-30) 9.8 kg per 10sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 2mm thick, white/yellow hot thermoplastic road marking paint, confirming to BS standards 3262 with 20% of glass beads (intermixed) spread and laid by automatic mechnical engine driven machine, painting as in strips (continuous or breaking) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc, 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5mtr m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces to the required level, gradient or camber using power roller of capacity 8 to 12 tonne with and including watering as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 150mm thick (spread thickness) soling (sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregate (Granite, trap, basalt) of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with road rollar 8 to 12 tonne capcaity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surface with mechanical means like air compressor to remove all loose dust/dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminious primer paving bitumen VG-10@ 10kg/10Sqm with mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (VG-30) contents by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with power rollers to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note : - (i) Bituminous premix asphaltic concrete shall be laid using self propelled hydrastatic paver.(ii) Preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting in tipper. (iii) Rolling shall be done in three stages as per clause 5.6.2 of IRC 111:2009 using 9 to 10 tonnes dead weight or vibratory steel wheel roller, pneumatic rollar of 12 to 15 tonnes and finally 6 to 8 tonnes smooth wheel rollars.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exe 1.5 mtr in depth for fdn etc or shafts n.exe 10 Sqm on plan in hard and dense complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including speading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated spoil to a distance not exceeding 250 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonary built in cement mortor including all quoins, arches, pillar etc but exclufing ashlar facing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping with and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No. 20 here-in-before but expect brick.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and dreicted.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement and sand mortar 1:4 over concrete surfaces using 3% WPC finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note. WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI Marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast factory made RC CM-35, drain covers/slab of size 1200 mm x 600 mm x 80mm thick with and including steel strip of size 80 x 2 mm complete all as specified and directed.
