PCC in Foundation : Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Random Rubble stone masonry for with hard stone in foundation and plinth in Cement Sand mortar above 30 CM thick wall in:Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand).

P/L Chequered precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath and courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete laid on 20 mm thick bed of C.M 1:4 ( 1 cement: 4 course sand)light shed using shade cement.

Clo. Footing & Plinth beam : Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete for all RCC structural elements upto plinth level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints and cost of plastizers( if required) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. Providing M25 grade concrete by using cement as per codal providsion instead of M20 grade Design Mix.

Brick work with clay flyash F.P.S. brick (IS 13757- 1993 ) of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in : Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Half Brick work with mechanised autoclaved flyash lime bricks conforming to IS: 12894 :2002 of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Supplying and fixing stone lintels/bed plates of approved quarry rough dressed in cement mortar 1:4 : Upto 15 cm. thick.
