Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 fine sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : a) Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : a) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : a) Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand).

6 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand).

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Boring, providing and installation bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-25 of specified diameter and length below the pile cap, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out and removal of same and the length of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. by percussion drilling using Direct mud circulation (DMC) or Bailer and chisel technique by tripod and mechanical Winch Machine all complete, including removal of excavated earth with all its lifts and leads (length of pile for payment shall be measured up to bottom of pile cap). Note: Truck Mounted rotary/TMR/Tubewell boring mchine shall not be used . 500 mm dia piles.

Preparation of structural design and drawings and getting the same vetted from Jadavpur University or Sibpur university or IIT khadagpur to make "good for construction" drawings for boundary wall including submission of drawings, design etc. of sufficient numbers, inclusive of all payment to consultant if any and to Jadavpur University/ Sibpur university/ IIT khadagpur etc. as specified and instructed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Soil test report is available with AAI and shall be provided to the agency for structural design purpose etc.).
