M&L for 15mm thick plastering on fair faces of brick or stone masonary in CM (1:6) surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars as in reinforcement, 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use and waste of formwork for rough finish to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing slab and similar work, not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor is deemed to be inclusive of cutting to dead lenth where required, notching, drilling, fitting, rivetting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolt and nuts), providing and fiitings angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plate etc., also for welding plumbing, truing up and fixing complete. S&F flush shutters, ISI mark, solid core construction with block board core and ply wood face panels, commercial type on both sides for 25mm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

S&F butt hinge, medium weight, cold rolled and fixed of 100mm long size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 200mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section complete all as directed and specified.

S&F 150mm long aluminium anodised handles cast type complete all as directed and specified.

S&F 250 mm long aluminum anodized sliding door bolts with hasp and staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheets, cast or extruded section and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast aluminium alloy complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates, as in kerb/ benching/ coping, bed plates, for fixing of hold fast finished to match with surrounding surface including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of pink primer including preparation of new wood or wooden base surface over 10cm width or grith complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab 20-25mm thick as in cupboard shelves jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment over wall and cement screed bed including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as shelves and other similar situations of any description complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces on walls and apply two coats of oil emulsion distemper over and including a coat of primer with and including 2mm thick of wall care putty for smooth finish of wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 25mm dia stainless steel curtain road fixed to wall (concrete/ brick masonary) with and including brackets, steel screws and rawl plug including drilling with electric drill and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed, barred iron door, ladders, fencing work, framed ballusters, walk ways, railing, frame work of watre tank etc. conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 upto 4th floor complete all as specified and directed. Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor is deemed to be inclusive of cutting to dead lenth where required, notching, drilling, fitting, rivetting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolt and nuts), providing and fiitings angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plate etc., also for welding plumbing, truing up and fixing complete. M&L for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) for fixing of hold fast, dia of neck length 5 to 10mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm and n exc 10cm long and making surface good with cemet mortar 1:3 or as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surface over 10cm width or grith complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall, pillasters, cornices etc and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified and as directed.
