Comprehensive maintenance of 30 KVA UPS three phase AC input 300 to 450 Volt including opening and cleaning, checking of all components, and refixing the same after carrying out necessary maintenance complete all as directed by Engineer In charge.

Supply & Replacement of 30 Ah, UPS Batteries with maintenance free lithium battery LiFePO4, 30 minutes backup complete. (Note:-30 Batteries shall be considered as Each Set).

Excavation in trenches for laying of cables, poles and stay not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre deep and getting out in Hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning & filling including spreading and levelling, watering and well ramming in layers in hard dense not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 Metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point.

Taking down Underground cable of size 3.5 core 70Sqmm from trenches, floor etc and kept safe side of existing location for relaying/ Replacement, the cable shall be taken down from the trenches excavated for laying of cables complete.

Ditto all as per Item No. 36, but for 3.5 core, 35 Sqmm.

Supply & laying in replacement of HDPE Pipe pressure rating 6 kg/cm2 of size 50 mm dia for protection of underground cables complete all as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Cutting of hardstanding/ Road for laying of pipe line/cable and making good surfaces after laying of pipe line/ cable up to 60cm in depth complete all as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply & Fix 3.5 core, 70 Sqmm XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100-volt grade laid in tranches passing through pipes /ducts with and including cable gland, cable lugs & testing complete all as specified

Ditto all as per Item No. 40, but for 3.5 core, 35 Sqmm.

Testing of all Chemical Earthing pits (22 Nos) including earth wire from CCR to airfield lighting system including cleaning of debris, checking of all earth strip connection and submit the test report per month basis up to completion of the work. Note: - if any major defect been observed at the time of testing new earthing item should be paid separately under relevant item.

Supply and installation & testing of fast earth electrode maintenance free chemical earthing of Dual pipe technology of 3 metre long with outer pipe diameter of 88 mm & inner pipe diameter 48 mm, the pipes are properly galvanized for 80-120 micron and wall thickness of inner pipe 3mm and 2 mm of outer pipe. There should be terminal for connection of 75X6 mm with two holes of 14 mm diameter. FAST ELECTRODE is dully fitted with the highly conductive material with sealing at both ends with lead terminals of 75X6 mm at top. Along with 2 bags of 2 Kgs each of earth Enhancing Compound including taking down old unserviceable earthing material complete all as specified and as directed NOTES: - (i) The chemical compound should be tested and certified by any international accredited laboratory. The testing laboratory should be ISO 9001 &iso 14001 Certified. (ii) The enhancing compound should be tested referring to protocol IS 1350 &IEC62321/111/54/CDV. The PH value of compound should be between 7 to 8. (iii) The content of mercury (Hg) & Hexa-chromium should be below detection level. (iv) The electrode should be tested for salt spray test as per BIS 117-09 for corrosion for minimum 500 Hours. (v) The FAST ELECTRODE shall be duly tested & certified by CPRI (Central power Research Institute), Govt of India for a minimum short circuit current of 42 K Arms for 1 second with initial pick of 88.2 KA.

Supply & Fixing of cable route indicators made out of MS sheet of size 45 cm x 30 cm of 2 mm thick with writing HT cable with MS angle frame and two Nos legs of 1.2 metre long of size 25x25x5 mm fixed on ground in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) platform of size 15x15x15 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying Testing and commissioning of Power cable 3CX10 Sqmm aluminium conductor XLPE insulated PVC insulated armoured and PVC sheathed 1.1 KV grade cable including taking out unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying PVC insulated power cable 4 Sqmm x 2 core copper conductor PCP insulated 1.1 KV grade (for runway light connections (secondary cable)) including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Credit Amount shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum.
