Brick Work:-Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks using second class building bricks in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : Six sand) as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials up to all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Brick bats on slabe including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (A.R.)

Form work:-Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point fifteen millimetres) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (thirty into thirty into five millimetres ) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc., with wooden steel battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding all heights and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of materials up to all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Beams, cantilever, girders and lintels. Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 Mtr. In depth in all heights from floor.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like. Floors etc.upto 200mm in thickness.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls:

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( one cement : one and half sand :three graded stone aggregate twenty millimetre nominal size) and curing complete, mixing the material in mechanical mixture and compacting the concrete with vibrator complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including carriage of materials up to all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Suspended floors roofs, landings and shelves and theirs supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressurmers and cantilevers in all levels.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1 Cement:2 Sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including entire carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders,bressumers and contilever upto floor two level as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including cutting /bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire up to floor all level including carriage of materials up to all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing steel window made of frame with mild steel channel 75x40(seventy five into forty) millimetres and mild steel flat of 75x5 (seventy five into five) millimetres to make one frame providing double rebate with making square steel section with mild steel flat of 20x 4mm (twenty into four) millimetres and 12x4mm (twelve into four) millimetres, shutters of Z section including glass panes of 3mm(three) millimetres thick in glazed panel and wire gauge of designation 85(eight five) G with wire of 0.56mm(zero point five six) millimetres dia in wire gauge panel and fixed glazing fixed with angle and T section of 25x25x3mm (twenty five into twenty five into three) millimetres and mild steel flat of 12x4mm (twelve into four) millimetres in sash bars duly welded of all corners and joints properly hold fast of mild steel flat 200x50x5mm (two hundred into fifty into five) millimetres duly welded of corner and joints of all steel section embedded in cement concrete block 1:3:6 (one cement :three Sand; six graded stone) 100x100x100mm (one hundred into one hundred into one hundred) stone aggregate 20mm (twenty) millimetres nominal size including providing and fixing of fittings that is handles tower bolts hooks and eyes and applying a coat of primer with red lead paint and fixing in position complete as per drawing, direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 15mm fifteen centimetre cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/stone/concrete walls for interior plastering in all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished and smooth including carriage of materials up to all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand).

15mm fifteen millimetre cement plaster in single coat on the fair side of brick/ stone/ concrete walls for interior / interior plastering in all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth including carriage of materials up to all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Cement mortar 1:6(one cement :six sand).

Providing and fixing flushing door shutter decorative type core of block bord construction wih frames of first class hard wood and well matched first class indian teak ply veneering with vertical grains of cross band and face vaneers on one face and commercial ply veneering with vertical grains of cross band on other face shutter including entire carriage of materials up to all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85g. With wire of dia 0.56mm for doors, windows and clerestorey windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 35 mm thick 1st. clas deodar wood. Stone filling under floor dry hand packed with hard stone of approved quality consolidated properly to required level and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering ramming ,consolidating and dressing complete in all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement :four sand : eight graded stone aggregate forty milimetre nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in as per HPPWD specification 1990 (one thousand Nine hundred Ninety ) volume-I including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and asper the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.Foundation and plinth

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (one cement: two sand: four graded stone aggregate 20mm twenty millimetre nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts. 40mm forty millimetre thick.

Painting and Polishing:-Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting as per HPPWD specification 1990 (one thousand Nine hundred Ninety ) volume-I including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and all incidental charges and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink :-

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new wood and wood based surfaces,with readymixed paint,brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping:- with enamal paint other than white including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and steel based surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping. With ready mixed paint including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75mm thick (unconsolidated) bed dry brick/stone aggregated 40mm nominal size with rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground as per HPPWD specification 1990 (one thousand Nine hundred Ninety ) volume-I including carriage of mateiral in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Sand : 6 Graded stone aggregated 20mm nominal size) including carriage of materials up to all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
