M&L for framed work as in doors or gates or angle iron cage for OHTs made of angle, MS square bars or other sections with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, door etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (excluding of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surface over 10cm width or girth complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar or in concrete for inserting angle iron and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 required etc for exc half brick but not exc one brick complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for butt hinges 125mm, heavy weight, cold rolled mild steel, welded to MS angle iron complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE for Item 01 to 04: The work shall be carried out upto G+1 storey and the quoted rates shall be inclusive of all connected items like, scffolding, etc nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Supply, installation and testing of hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating and EER 3.2.of capacity 1.5 Ton compressor dual inverter type complete incl fixing brackets/clamp etc all as directed. Make - Voltas/LG/Hitachi.

S&F Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase, naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 150V-285 Volt with output Voltage stabilized at 230 with acccuracy of +- 2.5% and capacity of 3000 VA. Make- Vguard model VND 400 or its equivalent out of makes specified in list of makes.

M&L for sub main wiring with PVC insulated, fire retardant (FR), unsheathed two single core cable 1100 volts grade with stranded copper conductor of size 4 sqmm (Nominal area) drawn into new conduit of any size and type with and including one run of 2.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor single core PVC insulated, unsheathed cable of green coour as continuous earth wire including lugs etc connected and tested complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Conduit/ casing- caping and accessories shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Regid non-metallic PVC conduit 20 mm (external dia) ISI marked (on surface) including of all accessories and all fittings such as Tees,bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth, tube ends and fixing accossories such as couplers,lock nuts, saddles, pipe hook etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20A and 240V complete all as specified and as directed.
