Welding to broken joints at top and bottom n exc. 2.5cm in length and thickness of metal to be welded n.exc,6mm, making the welded joint smooth by grinding etc complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of existing broken hinges with new MS hinges 75mm of same pattern, complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of existing broken /unserviceable door handle with new mild steel chromium plated handled with fittings completer all as shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of existing unserviceable bottom based leg duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamelled olive green paint over a coat of zinc chrome metal primer. MS sheet for legs shall be 1.00mm thick to be fixed by Gas welding after removing the existing unserviceable legs complete all as shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of unserviceable/broken three way locking arrangements including lock plate with providing new three way locking device and making functional complete all as shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement existing old worn out unserviceable shelves with new shelves made out of MS plain sheet of 1mm thick nominal thickness, made to shape and size, complete all as shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Cover made of 1.00 mm thick mild steel sheet bend to shape and size as per drawing suitable for Almirah steel medium with shelves for locking device complete all as shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Providing new cleats, nut & bolt to provide support for shelves complete all as specified and directed.

Painting to complete almirah internally and externally both sides after preparing the surface by scraping, cleaning, denting, applying putty etc and finally applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint olive green by spray machine over a coat of zinc chrome metal primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of back of chair CB steel with Arms made out of sheesham wood duly polished and canned with 2mm wide plastic cane in Godrej pattern and border 3 mm wide plastic cane after removing the old back and fixing the same with nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of back of Chair steel spl with Hand rest edu made out of sheesham wood duly polished and canned with 2mm wide plastic cane in Godrej pattern and border 3 mm wide plastic cane after removing the old seat and fxing the same with nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/replacement of u/s Hand Board of Chair steel spl with Hand rest edu, finishing shall be done in accordance with drg and specification complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of u/s broken Bow Handle with new chromium plated steel Bow Handle of size 100 mm long complete all as per drawing and as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

20 mm dia MS chromium plated conduit pipe of suitable length with brackets fixing in pair inside the hanging compartment of locker steel all as per drawing and as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Repair, dent removal of existing paint by burning and preparing the surface by rubbing with abrasive emery paper, applying putty over dent portion and applying two coats of synthetic enamel olive green paint with spray machine over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to the complete surface (inner & outer), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of new top made of pre-laminated particle board size 1800x600x 19 mm thick one side teak face duly teak wood edging 4mm thick all round the top as per drg after taking out old broken/cracked top carefully, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing broken parts of frame of table dining ORs with 25mm MS sq conduit pipe and welded where ever required complete all as specified and directed.

Painting the frame of table dining ORs with RFU black paint over a coat of Red Oxide Primer after grinding the welded surfaces, where ever necessary and smoothing the whole frame with emery paper complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of dents and bends and smoothening the defective place and repair to drawers as to slide easily in and out of the table including lock of drawers, complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of unserviceable top with new top made out of size 1500 x 900 x 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board one side teak faced exteriar grade with 4mm teak wood beading all round the top, complete all as specified and directed.

Applying one coat of OG synthetic enamelled Paints of approved quality by spray gun externally as well internally over a coat of Red Oxide Primer after preparing the steel surfaces smoothening, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of dents and bends and smoothening the defective place and repairs to drawers as to slide easily in and out of the table including lock of drawers, complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of unserviceable top with new top made out of size 1200 x 600 x 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade one side teak faced duly beading all round the top with 4mm thick teak wood beading, complete all as specified and directed.

Applying one coat of OG synthetic enamelled Paints of approved quality by spray gun externally as well internally over a coat of Red Oxide Primer after preparing the steel surfaces smoothening, complete all as specified and directed.
