Material and labour for special treatment ot sunken portion with 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 with WPC liquid complast 421 and applying one coat each of Nittoproof 120 on plastered surface rendering again 10mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with complast - 421 filling the sunken floor with PCC 1:5:10 using brick bat area of floor upto 1.5 Sqm including 40 mm dia 0.60 m pipe etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note : Work has to be carried out strictly by the authonticated applicator of the manufacturer and as per manufacturers specification as approved by GE.

M & L for Plastering 10 mm in CM 1:3 using 100% river sand on roof mixed with & including M & L for WPC @ 3% by weight of cement and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for providing water proofing treatment on roofs, as per manufecturer's instructions and as specified after taking down/out as existing at site etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (a) Cleaning the newly plastered surfaces with wire brushes and applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.30 ltrs/sqmts and allow to dry etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (b) Applying and laying torch APP polymer modified bituminous membrance 3 mm thick with non woven polyster matt as reinforced weighing not less than 3 kg/sqmts by thermofusion process as per manufacturers specification including applying one coat of aluminium paint. (c) Cutting out cracks to V section in existing roofs or terracing cleaning out and filling solidily with hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand (1:1) (by weight) (i) Authenticated applicator & Ponding test shall be carried out and shown to the GE for leak proof treatment

Taking up and down 15 mm bore GI tubing and connection including cleaning for re-fixing or removing to store etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor not exceeding 15 cm thick etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling of water tanks from any position/location, of any make etc,of capacity exc 500 Ltr & n.exc 1000Ltr with ball valve etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
