Providing 3D rangoli in approved design of size more than 4 ft dia upto 8 ft dia.

Providing and fixing side walls in white cloth ( or as approved by EIC) with frills and drape in approved patter, of size 10 ft high as per the direction and approval of AAI. ( All materials to be brand new )

Providing and fixing Branding wall in Flex printing and fixing it on MS /wooden framework as per requirement

Providing drape covering with flower bouquet on fixed bollards

Providing and placing flower/ ornamental plants along with decorative pots to be placed outside the Terminal building along the entry road. Plants should be at leat 3 ft high

Providing and making decorative flower bed (in marigold and or any suitable seasonal avaialble flower which goes with the theme of event) at various locations as per the direction of EIC.

Providing, fixing marigold strips in various lengths ( from 3 ft upto 10 ft) over Columns inside Terminal Building, and at various other locations s.a. near entry, ticket counters, over equipments, glass facade etc.. Set of 20 strips shall be taken as 1 no.

Providng and fixing satin cloth drop down at various locations in the Terminal Building

Stand by arrangement for Emergency services s.a. Ambulance with all support staff, Fire Fighting Vehicle etc

Providing Food Packets for all invited guests and officials

Providing and fixing RGB controlled Façade Lights in front facia of New Terminal Building. Façade size is 200m long by 12 mt ht.. Lighting is to be done for 3 days ( 1 day before event and 1 day after event)
