P/F of 12mm thick Nordic pine wall paneling (T&G) fully finished & four sides planned, fungus and termite proof (seasoned moisture content 8% to 15% imported type ISO:14001 approved including budloo wood frame work of size 2”X 1 ½”, 12mm thick plywood and melamine polishing complete and fixing with head less nails and inclusive all carriages, all taxes of allied material involved complete in all respects.

Providing and applying of washable oil bound distemper on walls including repairs of patches complete job.

P/L of vitrified floor tiles in different sizes ( thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4coarse sand) incld grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc complete size of tile 60x60 cm.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturer including priming coat complete.

Providing and applying of melamine polish including preparing the surface complete

Providing and fixing of racks and shelves of required size and shapes made of 19mm thick plywood including cost of beadings complete job.

Providing and fixing of CP fittings of approved brand and manufacture(jaguar make) Bib cock

P/F WC squatting pan ( English type WC pan) with 100mm sand cast iron P or S trap 10 litre low level white PVC flushing cistern with manually controlled device ( handle lever ) conforming to ISI 7231, Hindustan with all fitting and fixtures complete including cutting and making good the walls & floors wherever required.

Wiring for the following light points &exhaust fan points with 1.5Sqmm PVC insulated copper wires of approved make in concealed or surface mounted PVC conduit including providing and fixing of 6 Amp single pole switch of approved quality in modular grid plate and GI box and Earthing of fixtures and the outlet box with 1.5sqmm PVC insulated copper wire (make havells, anchor, GM, or equivalent approved by the site engineer )

Wiring for 240 volts single phase and neutral 16 amps switched socket outlet with 4 sqmm PVC insulated copper wire in concealed or surfaced mounted PVC conduit including providing and fixing of 16amp 3 pin switched socket of approved make with modular grid plate and Earthing the third pin of socket outlet with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper wire complete as required (make havells, anchor, GM, or equivalent approved by the site engineer ) .

Providing and applying of weather coat of two or more coats outside the walls.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering . all work upto plinth level and aove floor” V” level in 1:3:6( 1 cement:3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) using crushed agg. including all carriages/ head loads of material upto site of work using 10% plums complete.

Form work of ordinary timber planks so as to give rough finish including removal of the same in foundation, footings etc.

Supply and filling of good earth including leveling, consolidation with PRR 8-10 MT capacity complete complete.

Making plinth protection 50m thick of cement concret 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand:6 graded stone agg. 20mm n/size)over /5mm of dry brick blast 40mm nominal size well rammed in consolidated and grouted with fine sand incl. finishing the top smooth..

Providing and fixing of 12 watt concealed ceiling lights of approved manufacturer including cutting in ceiling as desired all necessary fittings complete job.
