Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators, three track sliding window chowkhat section and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete all as specified and directed.

Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors/window/ventilators /partitions, (Sliding / openable) including joinging cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene beading, powder coated aluminim snap beading, screws, 02 Nos Handle, tower bolt, sliding door bolt etc. complete all as specified and directed Note : (i) Minimum thickness of power coating shall not be less than 50 micron. (ii) Weight of aluminum section only shall be measuerd and paid. (iii) Aluminum doors/windows /ventilators to be fixed to jambs with chromium plated screws . (iv) The rate shall be inclusive of neoprene beadings, snap beading, screws etc and in case of sliding shutters locking arrangement and rollers in sliding shutters. Weight of fitting fixtures will not be measured for arriving the weight of aluminum section. (v) Glass /wooden panel/ACP sheet shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (vi) Design as directed by Engineer in charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof grouted in cement mortar including removal of any existing treatment complete all as specified & directed.

PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20m graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding, finished fair and even without using extra cement, including demolition of exisiting PCC complete all as specified and directed.

3mm thick Atactic polypropylene polymer (APP) based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6kg/sqm and reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid over a coat of oil bound bitumen primer @0.40L/Sqm by same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/L at 25° C temperature and viscosity 70 to 160 CPS. The membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc having 75mm side lap joint and 100m end lap joint after preparing the surface as per standard practice and as per manufacturer instructions including dismantling of existing felt /treatment, complete all as specified & directed.

Rendering 15mm thick (average thickness) plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete roof/ wall surfaces including flashings and junction of parapets etc , finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

40mm thick brick tiles over and including 15mm thick Cement mortar 1:4 joints, grouted & pointed flush as the work proceeds mixed with crude oil 5% by wt of cement complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 19 here-in-before but except tiles.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggs) as in roof padding, roof kerbs rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Vitrified ceramic tiles 8-10mm thick Light shade (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over a 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300mm x 450mm x 7mm thick as in dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and grouted in white cement complete as on vertical surfaces over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

25mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed and removing rubbish etc. at the places out side the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surface of roof with mixing of WPC, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- WPC will be measured & paid separately as supply only).

Rendering 15mm thick in Cement and Sand mortar 1:4 over fair faces of brick / concrete ,finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.
