Rate contract for repairs/replacement of various parts of Departmental Vehicle (TATA Yodha, Mahindra Scorpio and Mahindra Bolero)

Scorpio Mahindra:

Checking of the AC functionality of the vehicle by way of checking air filter, ducts, comressor & regulator filter. The job includes checking for the leakages & repairing the same by way of brazing etc. Checking of the refrigerant & topping of the adequate quantity of the refrigerant R134a along with the compressor oil. The job includes leak testing after repairs using nitrogen gas The job also includes testing of the vehicle after conducting the necessary repairs to the AC sytem for hot & cold options.

Checking of the transmission system of the vehicle by way of checking the clutch assembly & the gear box. The job includes dismantling/removing of the existing clutch assembly including its worn out parts & Providing/Fitting of the new clutch kit (Clutch Plate & pressure plate) along with Assembly clutch slave cylinder . The job also includes checking of the gear box parts, transmission hose & transmisson oil & transmission RPM Sensor.

Providing & fitting of fender Flares on wheels.

Replacement of seat covers complete; the job includes removal of old seat covers & providing & fitting of new seat covers. The job includes providing & fitting of high density foam padding to all seats.

Complete interior detailed washing of the vehicle by way of dismantling/ disengaginging of the all front & rear seats along with seat covers & removing of the floor matting. The job includes complete interior/detailed washing of Dash, Floor,Window Trims, Hoods, Floor Mats etc by way of foam washing & then flushing with the normal water. Complete removing of the dirt & other loose material by way of employing the Wet Vaccum gun. The job includes complete reassembling the seats & seat covers, trims, assemblies & Sub assemblies. The job further includes applying of dash polish to all plastic trims.

Checking the central locking system of the vehicle by way of checking the fuses, main circuit & main motor linkage rod. The job involves replacing the defective fuses & tightening the main motor linkage rod. The job also includes replacement of the exhausted battery if any & testing of the system after conducting the necessary repairs.

Checking the engine for diagnosing the starting trouble by pluging & installing the OBD2 Scanner kit. Diagnosing of the starting trouble & setting right the same by way of removal of the defective & P/F of the new starting fuse. The job includes testing of the vehicle on road.

Complete four wheel checking of the vehicle by way of removing of Tyres. Providing/Fitting of the front disc pads after dismantling of the existing ones. The job includes P/Fitting of the rear brake shoes & front/rear bearing oil seals. The job includes checking & topping of the brake oil, proper greasing of all assemblies/sub assemblies. The job involves refitting of the tyres back & then testing of the vehicle on variable speed conditions on road.

Providing/Fitting of the Leatherite 7D premium matting full set of appropriate shade. The job also includes P/F of the steering cover of designed shade & perfume with long lasting fragrance.
