Removing,Reflexing and Replacement of metal false ceiling at CRC and WB Bldg ACTREC

Removing exisitng metal / gypsum false ceiling including grids, suspenders and staking servicable and non-serviciable materials at shown location within the ACTREC campus and cleaning the area after removeing the false ceiling neat and clean, in co-ordination with other agency, staff working. Good metal tiles are to be counted before removal of fasle ceiling, and same must be installed over the new/exisitng grid. The rate shall include scafolding, ladders, clean tarpauline / fabric to cover the office / machine area etc. complete as directed and instructed by E-I-C.

Providing and fixing Powder Coated GI interlocking grid, matching exisitng false ceiling grids sutanble to install tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint. At various locations as there are HVAC ducts are running above false ceiling, to keep the celing suspension grid intact, MS angle support must be given below these ducts to support the grid system, all complete for all heights, scafolding as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Refixing exisitng Metal tiles from stacked tiles, throughly cleaning with water and placing on exisitng grid system including making cutting / opening for Light fixture, diffusers, smoke detectors or any other false ceiling surface installations, with scafolding, complete as directed and instructed by the engineer-in-charge.

The type / grid pattern shall match the exisitng false ceiling with perforated or non-perforated tiles of GI Metal Ceiling Lay in plain Tegular edge Global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm, and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of G I sheet having galvanizing of 100gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending.

Providing & fixing min 12 m mthick high density cemetacious board in false ceiling with GI support in drops and horizantal strips along wall with making good joints with fiber mesh and filling material as per manufacturers specification laid to ture line and level, incliding labour, wastage, scafolding etc complete as instructed and directed by E-I-C.

Providing and doing Luster finish paint to wall and ceiling with coat of primer, filling the joints with putty, scappring, finishing applying 2 or more coat of luster paint on wall untill to get finish complete as directed and instructed by E-I-C.
