Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level 1:5:10 (1 Cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)
Providing and laying 40 mm thick cement concrete Flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for under flooring for tile work.
Providing and laying double charged vitrified floor tiles in 60 * 60 cm(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 Cement: 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with cement and matching pigments etc complete. Providing gola (Angular Fillet) 75 x75mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10mm and down gauge) including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : In 75x75mm deep chase
Making khurras 45x45cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1mx 1mx400 micron, finished with 12mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement rounding the edges and making the finishing outlet complete.
Raking out joints in cement mortar and preparing the surface for repainting or replastering including disposal of rubbish outside the University Campus.
Flush pointing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement for flat tile bricks on top of mud phaska:With F.P.S. brick tiles
12mm thick one side prelaminated particle board (decorative lamination on one sides and other side balancing lamination) grade-1, medium density flat pressed three layer particle board FPT-1 like or graded wood particle board FPT-1 conforming to IS : 3087 bondedwith BWP type synthetic resin adhesive as per IS : 848 and prelamination conforming to IS: 12823 Grade-1, Type II marked.
