PROVISION OF CONCRETE ROAD (PHASE-I) AT AIR FORCE STATION AMLA

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 Sqm, exceeding 50 mm and not exceeding 100 mm deep and stacking for removing the same complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) 100 mm thick in two layers (50 mm each) confirming to the grading as specified and physical requirement as specified, spread with mechanical means and rolled and compacted using 8 to 10 tonne vibratory power roller over compacted sub grade surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick Dry Lean Concrete (DLC) with coarse and fine aggregate confirming to IS-383, size of aggregate not exceeding 40 mm (grading & other parameters as specified) design mix, minimum cement content not less than 150 Kg per Cum, compressive strength not less than 10 MPa at 7 days, mixed in batching plant, transported to site, laid with sensor paver over a prepared base including spreading & compacting (using double drum smooth sealed 80 to 100 KN static vibratory roller) including rolling complete by 8 to 10 tonne power roller and necessary formwork and finishing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 400 micron polythene film black, laid properly complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying a primary/tack coat with bituminous primer over DLC @ 1.5 Kg per Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete work in pavement/road of flexural strength 40 Kg per Sq cm in field using 400 Kg of cement per Cubic Metre, thickness of concrete 180 mm, including necessary forkwork for laying in bays between joints, laid using sensor paver complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for finishing surfaces of concrete pavements/road by brooming complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for forming construction joint 10 mm wide and 35 mm depth, sealed with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for forming dummy joint 10 mm wide and 65 mm depth (longitudinal one and cross section @ 3.65 metre), sealed with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for forming expansion joint 12 mm wide and upto full depth of the concrete 180 mm, filled with preformed filler board and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material/scarifying material exceeding 50 metre but not exceeding 250 metre and deposting/spreading where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing new surfaces of road or concrete and painted lines, dashes, arrow letters etc. on road and concrete surfaces exceeding 10 cm wide and 2 mm thick thermo plastic road marking paint of white colour complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing road side delineator of MS pipe 75 mm dia 1050 mm long including HIP grade retro reflective tape in four colours of red, white, yellow and green strips respectively 50 mm width each and fixed in plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) of size 300 x 300 x 300 mm including necessary excavation in post holes not exceeding 0.50 Cum each in any type of soil, returning and filling in and removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying reinforced concrete pipe 600 mm dia, class NP3, laid in trenches and jointed complete with collars etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and complete surrounding pipes with concrete after the pipes are laid and tested for 600 mm dia pipe etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in available soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spreading, levelling and ramming including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, base of drain etc. including use and waste of necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains base with and including forms, moulds as required etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel not exceeding 30 cm inner girth using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred stopped ends etc. all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for fly ash bricks 75 Kg/Sq cm compressive strength, modular size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for forming embankment including raising (or lowering) earth (using earth obtained from excavation of drain and culvert upto a lead of 1.5 km), spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cm thick, watering & rolling and finishing to required size, shape etc. not exceeding 1.5 m high from base complete all as specified and as directed.
