Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc, n. exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cm 1 : 6 with and including weep holes in brick work, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick with soil/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3 % by weight of cement, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note - WPC shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains & benching of manholes and finishing even and smooth with out using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel 50 cm in girth using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, Fe 410-W(GdeE- 250) square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S 1161-1979 grade St-240, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645-1975, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces plastered or unplastered new surfaces with Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PVDF aluminium composite panels with fire resistent mineral filled core material as in interior/exterior wall cladding on external wall surface shall consist of following (i) Aluminium sheet making a total panel thickness of 3 mm with outer surface finished with PVDF based coating 0.25mm, inner surface finished with a thin coat of polyster paint. The cleness of aluminium cover sheet shall be 0.50 mm inner core shall be of LDPE (ii) Mild steel framing of section 25 mmx50 mm x1.50mm thick. (iii) MS grid shall not be exceed 1.0 sqm each the MS grid not more than 1 m c/c and shall be fixed with MS angle 30x30x5 mm projected 150mm from surface of wall, (iv) Colour shall be approved by GE. (v) Joint shall be sealed with silicon weater proof sealing compound with help of masking Tapes. Note : Canopy, borders, projections etc will be measured in sqm for payment purpose.

S&F 300mm size stainless steel letters, in Hindi / English and fix with stainless steel screws, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick Screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Supply only integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for laying APP modified membarane with non woven polyester reinforcement mat (concrete core) not less than 3 mm thick & not less than 3.5 kg /sqm, the over the lap otching shall be 100 mm on length side & 100 mm on widthe side over a tack coat of Industrial bitumen of 1.20 kg / Sqm over Bituminious based primer IS No. 3383@ 250 gms/sqm including apply of Aluminium colour synthetic enamel paint @ 200 gms/sqm all as per manufacture's instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note: Supply only integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for framed work as in steel gate incl drilled for fixing of steel sheeting and to be prepared for hanging or sliding incl either hooks or hinges exclusive of steel sheeting, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bands, straps supports or stays for pintle hinges, hand made sliding bolts, clamp fasts, articles conforming to Fe 290, grade E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using of 12.5 mm Stone Aggregate) Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, blaconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and chajjas, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or stone masonry or concrete surfaces and hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over and including 3mm thick wall care putty wall surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' Bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 as in manholes and drain, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite (of any type) tiles 18-20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixure of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing types and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for first quality glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size (300x600mm) x 7 mm thick, (shade and as approved by GE) laid on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc. laid over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement paste of honey like consistancy and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sq.m but not exceeding 0.18 Sq.m, laid in floors with neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connection incl cleaning for refixing or removal to stores for following bore :-
