Partly glazed partly pre laminated board partition with aluminum box section of size 63.50mm x 38.10mm x 1.28mm, 1.41mm @ 0.818 kg/m horizontal members are spaced at 90cm c/c and to vertical members are spaced at 1.20m,2.10m and 2.80m ht. From floor level, bottom, panels should be covered with 12mm thick prelaminated board exterior grade for partly @ bottom and partly @ top of portion is covered 4mm thickness glass and fixed with necessary alu.clips of size 19mm x 17.30mm x 0.90mm @ 0.124 kg/m, and L angle screw etc.,the aluminium surface is to be anodized with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with ISI 1868/1962 specification for an anodic film thickness & cost of materials conveyance scaffolding if any required etc and necessary dismantling making holes in RCC brick masonry wherever necessary with power drill to the extend required and made good to the original condition after fixing the partition as directed by the departmental officers. All materials should be got approved by the Departmental offiicers before fixing in position etc complete

Supply and installation of Anutone (or) Equivalent Brand of Acoustical False Ceiling of Sisoli Serene / Slate Spirts / Slate Polka Mineral Fibre/ GRG Core Ceiling Tiles of size 595 x 595 x 15mm having volume density 270 kgs / m3, weight 4kg / m2 which is suspended by using 0.3mm thick skelet trelis T15 metal grid system. The skelet trelis T15 metal grid system of 600x600 mm module includes skelet WA15 W30 wall angle with unequal flanges of 15 /19mm, length 3000mm, fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centers. Then suspend the skelet MT15 W36 MainT with flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 3600mm, from the soffit slab with help of soffit cleat and wire rod with leveling spring clip at 1200mm centres. Skelet CT15 W12 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm andlength 1200mm is interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the Main T15 at 600mm centers in the perpendicular direction to the Main T15. Finally skelet CT15 W06 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 600mm are interlocked into the precut slots in the CT15 W12 CrossT in direction parallel to the Main T15 to result in 600 x 600mm module. Sisoli Serene / Slate Spirts / Slate Polka of size 595 x 595 x 15mm shall be placed into the grid size of 600 x 600mm.
