Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 manufactured sand derived from recycled concrete aggregate(RCA) upto 25 % : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) upto 25 % ).

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4manufactured sand derived from recycled concrete aggregate(RCA) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size recycled aggregate).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :

Columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts and struts.

Providing, hoisting and fixing above plinth level up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete in shelves, including setting in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centering, shuttering and finishing with neat cement punning on exposed surfaces but , excluding the cost of reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 5.0 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : a. Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 Coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

20 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for re-pointing or replastering including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all loads including all lifts involved.

Flush pointing with with white cement slurry/tile filler compound admixed with pigment to match the shade in Terrazo /ceramic flooring to prevent leakage complete

Demolishing damaged integral cement based water proofing treatment upto a thickness of 120 mm by dismantling the top plastering and brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size laid with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand)brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge..

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment of terrace consisting of following operations:

(a) Applying a slurry coat of Epoxy resin bonding agent like CERA SBR LATEX liquid of M/s Cera Chemicals or eqivalent by mixing 2 parts of cement to 1 part of latex to a lump free consistency . The new concrete shall be laid within 4-6 hours of applying bond coat all complete with all leads and lifts as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(b) Laying brick jally concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4manufactured sand derived from recycled concrete aggregate(RCA) : 8 brick aggregate 25 to 40 mm nominal size ) mixed with CERA SBR LATEX of M/s Cera Chemicals or eqivalent at 5 % by weight of cement or as specified by the manufacturer

(c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with CERA SBR LATEX liquid of M/s Cera Chemicals or eqivalentas by mixing 2 parts of cement to 1 part of latex to a lump free consistency or as specified by the manufacturer and approved by Engineer-in- charge.

(d) Finishing the surface with polymer modified mortar upto 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand ) in layers of 6 mm thick mixed with polymer latex like CERA LATEX SBR of M/s Cera Chemicals at 5 litres per bag of cement including all lead and lift complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing :

With average thickness of 120 mm

Chipping the wornout wall and concrete portion to proper shape and size and removing the cement plaster spoiled loose and disintegrated concrete upto required depth till sound concrete is available and preparing the surface for treatment using necessary tools all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and admixing polymer adhesive bonding and water proofing priming coat like CERA LATEX SBR of M/s Cera Chemicals by mixing 2 parts of cement to 1 part of latex to a lump free consistency bonding slurry well into the damp surface thickness not in excess of 2 mm all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Applying a coat of epoxy anticorrosive zinc rich coating Like CERA ZINC - ZR of M/s Cera Chemicals for reinforcement steel alround after removing loose rust/mill scale deposits cleaning with wire brush /crush sheet stc. All complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. ( Measurement as per the total area of treatment )

RCC surface plaster with polymer modified mortar upto 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand ) in layers of 6 mm thick mixed with polymer latex like CERA LATEX SBR of M/s Cera Chemicals at 5 litres per bag of cement including all lead and lift complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning the Terrace free from dust, dirt, bushes, plants etc., including all accessories, appying acid over the uprooted plants etc., and disposing the same all complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge. a) Terrace area upto 850.00 Square metres
