Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out hard/dence soil complete all as specefied and as directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread, levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surfacecomplete all as specefied and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as Sub base of flooring complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) laid in flooring and pavings, etc. finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas, not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specefied and as directed

M&L for PCC Type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specefied and as directed.

M&L for formwork fair finished to sides concrete foundations, footings, bases of coloums, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of fondation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter complete all as specefied and as directed.

M&L for formwork fair finished to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pilasters, buttresses etc vertical or to batter complete all as specefied and as directed

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over ,cut to length , bent to shape requred, including cranking , bending spirally hooking for slabs ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No.09 above but 6 to 8mm bars as in stirrups complete all as specefied and as directed

M&L RCC M-30 Design Mix concrete as in foundation including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for coloums etc. basement slabs under-reamned piles and mass cocrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L RCC M-30 Design Mix concrete as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like any thickness above top of footings including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose soil complete all as specefied and as directed

Removing excavated soil material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specefied and as directed
