Painting and repair work of Permat Shelter Home and improvement work of bathroom under Zone-04 Ward-42

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner, as per reuiqurement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5metre centre to centre, horizontal and vertical tubes joint with clamps and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/or pointing and/or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc, complete as per directions and approval of engineer-in-charge.

Scraping of old white or colour wash including refusal of dismantled material up to 60.0mtr distance as per direction by engg-in-charge.

12mm cement plaster of mix : 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement.(SOr-Ch no.13-613.9.1)

Finishing walls with Putty approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on umdacorated wall surface to give even shade over including curing and cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Finishing walls with exterior emulsion paint (Apex) of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecoarated wall surface to give even shade over @ 1.25Ltr/10Sqm including one coat of primer apllied @ 0.75Ltr/10Sqm coat curing and cost of all material, labour T&P etc all complete.

Applying priming coat over new steel and other metal surface upto 10cm in width or girth or small not exceeding 0.10 Sq.M. area after and including preparing the surface by thouroughly clearing oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushd, fine stell/wood, scrapper and papering and knotting including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc all complete.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m ,as directed by engg-in-charge:2.1.1 All kinds of soil.

Construction of granular sub base (GSB) by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layer with mortor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mixin place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with viberatory roller to achieve the desired density as per clause 401.

Providing and laying of factory made 80mm thick interlocking cement concrete tiles (30mpa) including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking tiles leveling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sand including the cost of material, labout T&P etc required for proper completion of work as directed by engg-in-charge.

Providing and fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, window, clerestory windows, all complete with:25.0mm thickness panes

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorbtion less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigements etc. complete. Size of tile 600x600mm

Tile work in skirting, risers of steps and dado upto 2m height over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry @3.3kg/sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matcvhiing shade compete. Marble tiles (polished) Raj nagar 8mm thick

Supply and fixing of P.V.C. doors of 1" thick commercial quality including fixing and adjustment of hinges, bolts locks, handles spring fitting etc all complete.

Supply and fixing of brass cock 15mm dia 400 gm heavy quality (Gem mikadeo/Encess's William in all complete.(Ch-21 si no.42)

Providing and fixing C.P. brass stop cock (concealed) of approved quality:15mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing P.V.C. low level fllushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS: 7231, with all fittings and fixtures. 10Litre capacity white

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. Brakckets, 15mm C.P. Brass pillar taps, 32mm C.P. Brass waste pipe of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require.

Construction of gullypit of 0.60x0.60x0.75 m internal size with jali, labour, T&P etc, required for proper completion of work.
