Taking down old unserviceable ACSR Conductor and GI wire of any size from LT Poles and removing from site complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Existing LT UG cable to be connecting old/new LT feeder panel as required basis).

Taking down old unserserviceable GI Earth wire/Guard wire etc of any size from LT Poles and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable pin type/ shackle type insulators from any height of electric pole complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable cross-arms/Clamps/nut bolts and Angle section etc from LT Pole any size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down old unserserviceable stay assembly from LT Poles and removing from site complete all as directed.

Dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable steel tubular LT pole complete all as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:3:6, type C1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping/pedestal of poles including providing necessary form work for fair finished exposed concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6, type C2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of stay assembly & poles and similar works complete all as specified. Note :- Volume of pole/strut embedded in concrete shall be deducted for the purpose of payment.

Supply, lay, jointing and testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 185 Sqmm 3.5 Core cable laid in trenches /passing through pipe under road crossing etc all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 10.00 but size 150 Sqmm 3.5 Core.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5Mtr width n.exc 1.5 Mtr in depth for laying of cables & foundation of poles, stay assembly and getting out soft/loose soil.

M&L sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable with screened and washed sand and punning to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

M&L brick work with fly ash bricks (as per IS-13757(1993) burnt clay fly ash building bricks), (Old size bricks) with width equal to the length of the brick laid dry & flat abutted with each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc 10mm over UG cable for protection and complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in any type soil.

Removing of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a levelnot exc 1.5 Mtr above the starting point.

Boring of holes under road,pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 80mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.

M&L galvanized iron tubing, 50mm bore medium grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable including taking down old unserviceable GI tube complete.

Supply & errecting cable path indicators for LT Cable made of CI plate fixed on MS angle iron size 25x25x5mm and 60 Cm long. and fixing in ground 30 Cm below ground level in PCC 1:3:6 type B-1 using 40mm grade stone aggregate of size 30x30x30cm. Cable path indicators shall be provided at distance of every 30 meters and at cable joints and turning of all cables and incorporated LT 1100 Volts on it, including PCC & earth work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pole mounted juction box made out of one piece moulded SMC IP-65 protection having aluminium bus bars 100 Amp single phase and neutral with one No MCB SN 3 Amp (not exceed 6 Amp) for street light, cable entry from bottom, maintenance free size 300x 200 x100mm fixing on pole with MS flat 25x3mm clamp including nut bolts front openable all as specified and directed.

S&F pole mounted juction box made out of one piece moulded SMC IP-65 protection having aluminium bus bars 100 Amp three phase and neutral with one No MCB SPN 3 Amp (not exceed 6 Amp) for street light, cable entry from bottom, maintenance free size 300x200x100 mm fixing on pole with MS flat 25x3mm clamp including nut bolts front openable all as specified and directed.

S&F 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated & sheathed cable three core copper conductor cable from street light junction box/feeder piller to street light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel conduit pipe of size 20mm dia (fixed to poles with required size of flat iron 25mm x 3mm clamps, bolts, nuts) from junction box to street light fitting and making necessary connection at street light pole and fixing accessories complete. Make of steel conduit : Jindal/Prakash/Surya.

S&F street light bracket made to shape at required angle made out of 40mm dia (light grade) GI tubing of length not less than 1.5m long fixing on wall/pole suitable for holding street light fittings including mild steel flat iron 50 x 6 mm clamp 02 Nos with nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing complete as per electric plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60x60cmx6.3mm thick burried directly in ground ( earth pit not less thanb 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised strip 25 x 4 mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and wathers of GI or steel . Earthing strip shall be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore light grade and connected to continous earth lead on pole/test point, Watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade. The unit rate quoted for earthing shall be inclusive of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, charcoal, salt, funnel, PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified and directed.

M&L load line distribution board TPN 4 way vertical type with and including provission for adjustable thermal magnetic 63 Amps TP MCCB as incommer and MCB's - SP/DP/TP as out going, suitable for for IP-20 complete of Make : Havells/HPL/C&S.

M&L adjustable thermal magnetic 3 pole MCCB 63 Amp 50Hz 415 volts with rupturing cap 25KA of Make : Havells/HPL/C&S.

M&L painting to PCC LT pole 9 metre long of any size with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in alternate black and yellow strips 30 cm each upto 1.2 metre height from top of PCC coping/pedestal and applying two coats of aluminium paint over cross arms, brackets, bracings, clamps, hooks etc and marking pole numbers including preparation of old surfaces for painting complete all as specifiedand directed.
