Part A : Expense towards wages and leveries

Payment towards salary of 02 unskilled labour for Horticulture works at BKPL Barauni HQ).It includes Minimum basic wages (including additional payment), PF, ESI and Bonus.

Providing 2 sets of uniform (as decided by EIC) & 1 pair of good quality safety shoe and two pair of socks to each enganged worker every year. The contractor has to submit original bill, upon verification of which by EIC, payment will be reimbursed. (Total no. of unskilled workers to be engaged every year = 02 )

Part B : Expense towards supply and service

Providing of Urea fertilizer at site as and when required.

Providing of Potash fertilizer at site as and when required.

Providing of DAP(Diammonium phosphate) fertilizer at site as and when required.

Providing of Insecticides & Pesticide at site as and when required.

Providing of 12" upper dia Mud Circular pots at site as and when required.

Providing of Mustard cake for use in Horticulture at site as and when requied.

Supplying of PVC Pipe of 1 Inch dia for watering in Garden

Providing Neelgiri/Mexican grass turf in LAWN AREAS with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with required tools wooden (Dhurmos) and then rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen & even ,watering with Sprinkler including cost of water sprinkler pipe.( Utilizing the manpower supplied in s. No. 1)

Providing and display of Araucaria Cookie plant of 2'-2 1/2' ht. straight,fresh and healthy lush green leaves from bottom to top, well developed, in 8"E/pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge

Supplying of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 1 km (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment)
