Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:5:10 (1cement :5 fine sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work (In Foundation and floors)

Centering & shuttering for R.C.C./R.B. work including cost of centering & shuttering up to 3.0 m. height.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutment, posts and struts etc. including cost of centering. Shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (ii) above plinth level upto fifth floor level

Providing and fixing steel Reinforcement for R.C.C. work i/c cost of steel, bending,binding and placing in position i/c all cost of material, labour and T&P etc. complete. (Per M.T.)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 100 in supertructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in . (Cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement :4 coarse sand)

12 mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 cement coarse sand including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. complete. Per Sqm

Anti-Tremite Treatment of the backfill in contact with foundation @ 7.5 litres/sqm of chemical emulsion of the vertical surface (area of the sub structure in contact with backfill to be measured) with Chlorpyriphos / Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
