REPAIR AND MAINT AND REWIRING OF INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION, FITTINGS AND FIXTURES ALONGWITH CONNECTED ITEMS IN TECHNICAL AREA AT AF STN SURATGARH

BOQ (REPAIR/ MAINT / REWIRING OF INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION, FITTINGS AND FIXTURES IN TECHNICAL AREA AT AF STN SURATGARH)

Attending day to day complaints lodged in complaint register at AF Stn Suratgarh domestic area. The contractor will adhere time schedule for attending complaints as directed by Engr-in-Charge as follows: (a) Attending complaints for checking the existing electrical items for continuous electric supply including carrying out minor repairs etc as required to make the item functional and replacing fuse, small pieces of copper wire, copper cable as of suitable size at site, insulation tape roll etc., Attending minor repairs such as testing, connections, fittings, nut, bolts screws etc to ceiling fan, exhaust fan (without taking down), shifting/refixing of LED light fittings, switch & socket, MCB etc, emergent complaints i.e. no light, earth leakage, short circuit, neutral break in mains/ sub mains/ internal circuits of existing electrical system of main building/ block and . required to make the system in order/ functional with insulation tape roll, copper thimbles, glands, earthing wire as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge (this will be included in unit rate). Notes:- (i) The complaint for "No Light" shall be attended immediately/ On Priority. (ii) Contractor should be submit the complaint register alongwirth complaint slip verfied from JE E/M or Engr-in -charge. (iiI) In case daily complaints are not attended,per complaint per day penalty recovery shall be charged Rs. 200/-

M&L for in replacement of sub-main wiring (concealed) with two single core 4 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through including chasing cutting in any type of masonry including 25 mm dia non-metallic PVC conduit fixed in wall including 4 sq mm copper earth continuity wire, accessories and connecting to earth dolly complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for in replacement of sub-main wiring (concealed) with two single core 6 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through including chasing cutting in any type of masonry including 25 mm dia non-metallic PVC conduit fixed in wall including 6 sq mm copper earth continuity wire, accessories and connecting to earth dolly complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per srl item No 5 here in before but two single core 10 Sqmm

M&L as in replacement of sub-main wiring (Surface) with two single core 4 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn on and including 25 mm dia non-metallic PVC conduit fixed on wall including 4 sq mm copper earth continuity wire, accessories and connecting to earth dolly complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L as in replacement of submain wiring with four single core 6 sqmm PVC insulated FRLSH multistranded copper conductor cable drawing into and including stove enameled steel conduit of size not less than 25mm dia, medium grade ISI marked with all conduit fittings & fixing accessories and one single core 6 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire complete all as sepcified and as directed. Note- (a) Four runs of single core cable and specified earth continuity conductor and PVC conduit with fitting acessories will be measured as one run. b) Cost of cutting, chasing and make good to existing surfaces are deemed to be including in the quoted rate by the contractor.

Taking down carefully aluminum point wiring (light, fans, socket etc) complete including conduit etc and fittings such as switch, ceiling rose, light fittings, regulators, socket, etc. and making good disturbed surface of wall/floor, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
