6 mm cement plaster on coping of mix: (a) 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand).

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : (a) New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : (a)Two or more coats on new work

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fencing with G.I. barbed wire (9.38 kg/100 mtr min. weight) fixed with GI stapled or with GI binding wire complete (length of individual G.I. barbed wire will be measured) as per Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 110 mm dia PVC pipe for weep holes in wall at 1 m centre to centre on either direction to the entire thickness of wallm all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting of AAI Logo with stencil cut out in acrylic sheet (size 2'x2'), on the outside surface of the Operatinal wall / AAI Property / Boundary wall, finished with Exterior Acrylic Emulsion paint as direction & instruction of Engineer-in-charge.: AAI Logo - Blue Colour.

Making, Providing and placing the Logo/sticker of specified matter made of computer cut letters "size and height of letters as per directed by EIC" by self ahesive vinyl sheet i/c pasting at site etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The agency has to submit the sample for approval. (The item rate includes the visiting, measurement charges at site.)

Carrying out & submission of detailed structural design for RCC foundation, Retaining wall , preparation of detailed structural drawing for design as per direction of Engineer-in-charge . The structural design and drawings shall be got vetted by IIT/Govt. Engineering College/NIT. 5 (five) sets of "Good for Construction" structural drawing showing all relevant details alongwith 2 set of design report shall be submitted duly signed by the consultant.Consultant shall also submit any other details relevant to the scope and completion of work including revision of drawing if required during execution of work for any reason whatsoever.
