Removing old unserviceable thermal insulation and supply and insulation of thermal insulation thickness 40mm on ducts / chiller pipe line exposed to sun light using closed cell O nitrite rubber elastometric insulation of density 40-55 kg/m3 thermal conductivity of 0.037 W/mk at 20 degree celcius mean temp and MZ 7000 (without any additional vapour barrier) and with chemical treated factory laminated Woven fibre glass cloth with 200+/- 20 gsm to be applied on ducts manufactureds recommended rubber based adhesive in a blend of solvents complete all as specified and as directed.

Materia & Labour for descaling of complete condenser units for central/ package type AC plants of capacity Condenser unit of AC plant up to 60 TR by means of adding descaling chemical solution (HCL) or equivalent into the cooling tower sump as per requirements, and running the plant pump continuously till all the scale of pipes/shell are removed including removing side covers of condenser and cleaning the water tubes by means of nylon brushes till the scaling is removed and re fixing of covers including replacement of neoprene rubber gasket and refixing pipe connection etc. all as specified and directed

Cleaning of cooling tower existing size, water basin and makeup tank with the help of chemical and nylon brush, removing and refixing of PVC finches after washing, cleaning of condenser pipe line ( inlet and outlet) including painting of out side of cooling tower with inlet and outlet pipe line with one coat synthetic enamel paint of colour approved by Engineer in Charge and inside painting of water tank of cooling tower using water proof black japan paint one coat including changing of unserviceable PVC guard, water distibutor, PVC pipe, cooling tower motor etc of up to 100 TR capacity of the AC plants at different locations complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing of cooling coils and air filters of AHUs intalled at air conditioning plant by removing air filters and fixing after cleaning with air blower and water and cleaning agent , cleaning of cooling coilwith wire brush and air blower and water spray pump after spraying scale gun or equivalant chemical suitable for aluminium fins and straighting the fins of cooling coil by using suitable brush for capacity upto 14000 CFM.

Removing old unserviceable port Y strainer and material and labour for Y strainer 100mm size of both end flanged including supply and welding flange of size 100 mm two nos complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Gun Metal gate valve with Iron wheel head screwed both ends for GI steel tubing 25 mm dia including taking down unserviceable valves complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repairs Gun Metal gate valve with Iron wheel head screwed both ends for GI steel tubing 32 mm dia including taking down unserviceable valves complete all as specified and directed

Dismaltling and Material & Labour Angle iron 50x50x5 mm for post & struts for support to cold water and hot water pipe line of AC Plant including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, nothich for wire etc including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc conforming to FE 410W Gde E-250 complete all as specified and directed

Supply , installation and testing in replacement of temperature on / off controller, 8 Amps relay for compressor (Exsiting Model No SZ-7510T at site) with sensor connected in MAGs (No and Nc) complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of super GEC 1.5 Sqmm 2 core copper white twin flate double layer insulation appliances wire , 23/52 complete as specified and as directed. Loc :- For connection to sensor , AC plant panel to AC 1 MAG and AC 2 MAG

Taking down old unserviceable butter fly valve and material and labour for butter fly valve of size 100 mm with rubber packing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation and testing in replacement of 3 Way valve with actuator as per suitable site condition all as specified and directed .

Taking down unserviceable liquid line filter drier and material and labour for liquid line filter drier suitable for 13 TR /20 TR water cooled scroll unit of makeBlue Star including removing of refrigerent empty cylinder R-22 flushing the system with nitrogen gas pressure testing and leak repairing vaccumising the system 700 micron charging the refrigerent of R-407 / R22, complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling the defective three phase induction motor 415 volts 50 Hz of any RPM for motor of Capacity 15 HP and rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of best quality of existing size / gauge and weight including replacement of insulation material, varnish bearing connection plate and all other petty items required to make the motor in functional and reassembling the motor including installation commissioning and testing on full load all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (i) Disconnecting and removing the electric motor from installed position and loading unloading, transporting to authorised/approved work shop (ii) Dismantling existing burnt winding from the motor and rewinding complete with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing guage including all material such as insulated paper sleeves tape varnish etc complete for class F insulation and including shaft metalising, bearing cover slieving , necessary replacement of cooling fan, nut-bolt etc (iii) Loading, unloading and transporting motor & reinstalling in position and in alignment including electric conection commissioning and testing in actual working condition for 8 hours continuosly to check the performance on full load and designed RPM to the complete satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge all as specified and directed

Disconnecting, dismantling of centrifugal monoblock pump set 10 / 7.5 Hp Capacity of any RPM and dismantling and replacement of defective parts such as impeller nut, glant, impeller key, gland packing water deflector bush bearings sleeve, gasket, volute stud and nuts suction and delivery flange and stud and nuts and all other petty items required to make the pumpset in functional and reassembling the pumpset including installation commissioning and testing all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing in replacement of in position the mercury-in-glass industrial type thermpmeters range 20 to 55 degree cencius & 0 to 120 degree fahrenheit complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing / Cleaning and testing of HWG capacity 55 KW / 63 KW capacity safely, Materia & Labour for checking and replacement of burnt out / not working of thermostate / suitable elements as per site conditions , all internal control wiring alongwith all necessary connections check and repair complete all as specified and directed

Supply , installation and testing in replacement of Digital step contoller of Hot Water Generator 55 KW / 63 KW capacity along with Voltmeter and apm meter with all necessary wiring / connection complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of DOL starter for 7.5 HP / 5.5 KW motor complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for taking out all old unserviceable PVC fills from cooling tower of capacity upto 100 TR and supply anf fixing of fills of size 300mm x 200mm x 150mm (Approx fils qty 80 -100 Nos)all required at site or existing size of fills at site conditions completeed all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of air intake mesh suitable / as per existing size for covering of cooling tower alongwith all necessary items all as specified and as directed.

Taking up condenser / evaporator from AC plant and transporting to condenser manufacture workshop and removing old unserviceable copper tube from condenser and supply, fixing testing and commissioning copper tube cell for existing size and capacity and nos of copper cell for condenser suitable for 39 TR water cooled scroll unit complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Warranty of condenser defect liability period is minimum one year after completion of contract.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of suitable size of electric rod heater for hot water generator complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for replacement of sprinkler of 90/100 TR cooling tower including all necessary connections all as specified and as directed.

(c) Materia & Labour for sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof. Taking down unserviceable /burnt scroll compressor of capacity 13 TR and M & L for scroll compressor of capacity 13 TR suitable for 39 TR air cooled plant of make Voltas including removing of refrigerent R-407 in an empty cylinder, flushing the system, carrying out nitrogen gas pressure testing and accordingly leak reparing(if any), vaccumising the system, charging the refrigerent - R-407C complete all as specified and directed Make :Danfoss Model No.SY300A4PBE complete all as specified and directed Note:-Initial charge of refrigerent will be paid separately

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n exc 1.5m wide andn. Exc1.5m deep and getting out includingforming bottom surfaces to required level or slope for taking out embeded cables,brick/pcc protective tiles and relaying new/old cable complete all specified and all as directed
