De-erection/Dismantelling of existing 20 MVA,132/33KV Power Transformers by way of opening of Jumpers, draining oil into Barrels, opening of Conservator Tank etc, manual carriage up to loading site, loading, Mechanical Transportation up to Divisional Stores Awantipora/ GSS Lassipora , unloading of Power Transformer at the site along with assessories & Transformer Oil, Manual dragging of transformer & other items up to stacking site as per the instructions of Engineer Incharge.
Desludging /overhauling of 01 no. 50 MVA,132/33KV three Phase Power Transformers of 140 MVA,132/33 KV Grid Station Rawalpora
a. Complete disengaging of 01 no. 50 MVA,132/33KV three Phase Power Transformers including all associated connections & accessories ( Bank-4, Make BHEL) at Grid Station Rawalpora. b. Removal/draining of old transformer oil from the transformer tank including shifting of drained oil barrels to divisional stores Awantipora( Empety Barrels required are to be lifted from Divisional stores Awantipors) c. Removal /cleaning the sludge from the transformer bottom portion including cleaning ( hot bath),inspection and testing of transformer including drying/replacement of silica gel, checking of Bucholz relay, OSR, conservator oil level indicator, temperature sensors, cooling system, meausrement of IR value, dielectric stength and other recommended tests and cleanling of Transformer. d. Replacement of damaged gaskets including HV and LV Bushing gaskets and radiator gaskets. e. Supply & Refilling of the Fresh transformer oil ( 22400 Lts +5% reserve) including dehydration /filteration of Transformers as required to get good insulation resistance of the transformer winding and good BDV of the oil besides Cleaning of the rusted portions of the Transformer outer body surface including (Spared Barrels to be deposited in Divisional stores Awantipora) f.Any unforseen items
