Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls,floors, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Point wiring for one light/fan/call bell point controlled by one 5/6 Amp switch with 1.5 Sqmm two single core multistranded copper conductor FRLSH, PVC insulated (unsheathed) heavy duty cable 1100 volts including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor multistrand FRLSH, PVC insulated (unsheathed) drawn into concealed rigid non-metallic PVC conduit Med Grade ISI marked not less than 20mm wide of 1.8mm wall thickness ISI marked including modular GI sunken flush box (Modular GI sunken flush boxese of any way i.e. 1 to 8 way as per site requirement) for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc & making good to disturbed surfaces as well as matching with existing whitewash colour/surface complete all as specified and as directed for the following:- (a) Wiring shall be done by using proper colour coding (b) Earth wire shall be of green colour (c) On RCC roof/ceiling PVC conduit shall be provided on surface with proper fixing clamps all as directed.

Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red , Black and Green for single phase circuits),with multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sq mm nominal cross-sectional area , two single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS-H cable 1100 Volts grade, ISI-694 marked with valid CML No.in and including medium grade, PVC casing caping and accessories on wall/roof/floor etc, ISI marked with mild steel/pressed steel sunken box duly painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint/aiuminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer internally and two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer externally,covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover for fixing of switches, socket and fan regulators etc, including PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1.5 sq mm nominal cross sectional area single core FRLS-H cable as earth continuity conductor for one light/ fan/bell point controlled by one switch & making good to distubed surfaces as well as matching with existing whitewash colour/surface complete all as specified and directed.

The rates including taking down old DB and connecting in new panel with required wires with out any extra cost complete all as specified and directed. Two runs of cable for phase/neutral, one run of cable for earth and one run PVC conduit will be measured and paid as one unit length complete all as specified and directed.
