Construction of earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m , transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300.2

Providing,laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix mcacdam specified including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG10) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam (Grade-II)with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder (VG 30)@ 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per morth specification clause 507 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG10) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete (Grade-II) with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG 30)@ 5.4 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared surface with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a mechanical paver , compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 35 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing

Earth work in Excavation in trenches for foundations pipes cable etc in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 m. lead upto 50m and dressing of sides and rammings of bottom and disposal of surplus exdavated earth as directed by the Engineer I/C within a lead of 30 m

Providing and laying Cement Concrete 1:4:8(1 cement :4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work and curing complete, also including cost of formwork in foundation and floors as per SI no.275

Class- 150 brick work in 1:3 cement and coarsesand of 2.8 fineness modulus mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour and ltools and p;ants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply & laying of 1000mm dia NP3 hume pipe including fixing of collar with 1:2 cement mortar.

Struck cement pointing in 1:2 cement & fine sand motar including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc, required for proper completion of the work.

R.C.C. Work with cement approved coarse sand and 20 mm gauge stone grit in proportion of 1:1.5:3 for slabs excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shutterring etc. and also including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Binding wire cost being included in the item as per SI No. 283(b)

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications
