Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Past Experience

The bidder should have executed at least one single project including Supply of Hardware and Maintenance, worth not less than Rs. 6,26,68,800/- in the last 3 Years to any Government / PSUs.

Others -- Proof of Purchase Order / Agreement

Financial Status

The bidder should have positive net worth in each of the last 3 audited financial years ending March 2023

Others -- A certificate from the Chartered Accountant clearly stating the Net Worth in the last audited financial years

The bidder should have turnover more than or equal to Rs. 900 Lakhs in each of the 03 preceding audited financial years(2020-21,2021-22,2022-23)

Others -- Certificate from Chartered Accountant of the organization along with Profit & Loss Statements and Balance sheets for the said period

The Tenderer should be the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or An authorized dealer of OEM
