INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

TV AND TELEPHONE

M & L for one Cable TV point wiring with PVC Coaxial wire insulated cable of standard reqd size drawn in and including Concealed PVC rigid conduit length up to 20 m, terminated in to any required Module as in required size including Inner/Outer Plate Emerald/Ovation/Platinum/Sapphire complete for one TV connector point firm grip due to spring action in perfect contact and making connection from main coming TV cable complete.complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for one Telephone signal cable point wiring with insulated signal cable of standard reqd size drawn in and including Concealed PVC rigid conduit length up to 20 m, terminated in to any required Module as in required size including Inner/Outer Plate Emerald/ Ovation/ Platinum/Sapphire complete for one telephone jack socket and making connection from main coming Signal cable/DB complete as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Construction of brick masonry valve chamber of size 900x900x1200 mm (internal dia) suitable for 150 mm dia sluice valve with necessary earth work excavation plain cement concrete 1:4:8 using 40 mm grade stone agregate 75 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 15 mm thick plastering 1:6 internally including flooring and externally rep upto 15 mm below ground level plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in copping MS sheet cover made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet flat iron frame and bracing with locking arrangement and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint including distmantling removing the existing damage chamber completely removel of debris to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr distance depositing where as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of highly energy efficient step down outdoor type oil immersed naturally cooled (ONAN) transformer copper wound type of capacity 250 KVA as per lattest IS code IS - 1180: 2014 with off load changer on primary side to vary secondary voltage with in limit (+) 5 % to (-) 7.5 % in step of 2.5 %. The transformer shall be provided with cable termination box to terminate Indoor/Outdoor type termination of suitable size on HT side 11 KV & LT side 1100 volts. Transformer step down ratio 11000 Volts / 433 Volts, 3 phase 4 wire, impedance as per IS. Oil type ONAN cooled suitable for Indoor/outdoor installations and double wound core type with cold rolled grain oriented silicon shell insulated laminations and clamped to minimize vibrations and noise. The winding shall be copper and shall be designed for full load current and withstand the thermal and electro -magnetic stresses arising due to the through fault current vector group shall be DYn 11 including supply of all standard fittings/fixtures and comprising of the followings all as specified and as directed :-

Supply and fix HT 11 KV out door type gang operated air-break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting rotating type complete with drop out fuse having 12 insulators of rating upto 200 Amps all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED Street light fitting 35 Watts complete with bracket made out of 40mm GI light grade tubing not less then 1.5 mtr long bend to shape 120 deg including pole clamps (2 Nos), made out of 30x5 mm flat for fixing GI pipe bracket and nut bolts and 15mm GI LG for controle cable from top of SMC box to bottom of light fitting bracket, washer etc all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC junction boxes IP 65 protection of size 0.200 x 0.250 x 0.155 m complete with 1 Nos MCB SP 2.5 Amp & 4 way industrial connector including clamp made out of MS flat 30x5mm connection from junction box to street light fitting with three single core PVC insulated, PVC sheathed wire 2.5 Sqmm copper & PVC conduit 20 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F lightning arresters non Linear metal oxide type complete with all fittings distribution sation class discharge capacity 10 kilo amps, current rating 5 KA suitable for 11000 Volt complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches by cutting of road crossing/PCC hard standing, under boundary wall for laying of pipe/cable including making good the existing surface with same finish to match the original finish complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F HT/LT MS cable route indicator 4" dia fixed with two Nos of nut, bolt and washers and provision of PCC 1 : 4 : 8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate of not less than 0.018 cum in each at base buried under the ground including necessary earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install,testing and commissioning CPRI APPROVED factory fabricated, outdoor type, 3.15 mm thick, APFC capacitor bank panel board of size as recommended by manufactrer 60 KVAR with 6 step (20+15+10+10+3+2) with MD-XL capacitor and MCCB as Incomer automativc power factor correction panel, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA Sheet Dust and Vermin proof, Double door with both side opening including Neoprene rubber gasket, suitable for 440 Volt 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz, system the enclosure shall be pre-treated as per 11 tanks process and finished with powder coating of shade RAL 7032. including Danger plat, Earthing strip point and ventilation louvers at rear side, bottm detachable gland plate coplet with suitable size zinc chromium plated nuts,bolts and washers etc. and embedded with 50X50X6mm mild steel angle iron frame and 750 mm above the normal ground level complete with internal connection with suitable size of cable, cable lugs and cable glands PCC foundation in cement concrete 1:3:6(20mm graded stone aggregate) and testing after installation complete all as specified and directed. The panel shall be factory fabricated comprosing of following.

M & L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate, electrode,600x600x6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) filled with common salt and charcoal and connected to GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm thick dia by means of GI nuts, bolts, & washers as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I and Connected to earthing test point all as specified and including necessary PCC earth pit chamber of 1:3:6 and chamber cover of 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 with 6mm dia mild steel reinforcement of 10 cm c/c spacing both ways in lieu of CI cover, watering arrangement shall be made with GI pipe light grade of 20mm dia including funnel and protection to earth lead shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia unto 7.5 from the earth plate electrode & refilling of soil etc including necessary excavation & earth work in any strata and PCC chamber complete all as specified and as directed. Note : GI earth wire upto 7.5 RM is included in the unit rate quoted.

M&L for Chemical earthing with one No of copper earth plate of size 900 x 600 x 5 mm & copper earth strip 32 x 6 mm buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 3.0 metre below ground level with top edge earth electrode at a depth not less than 2.40 metre deep below ground level including suitable quantity of backfill chemical compound for filling in each pit to cover earth electrode minimum 100 mm all around and electrode shall be jointed with the copper strip of size 32 x 6 mm by exhothermic weld complete with earth pit chamber of size 300 x300 mm and RCC cover for demarking the location of earth electrode location. Note :- (i) The quantity of Backfill compound and depth of earth pit can be increased by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt.

The Contractor shall ensure that earth resisitance shall be less than 1 ohms on completion and testing. The testing of each earthing shall be carried out in presence of Engr-in-charge and test results shall be submitted duly signed by all concered while claiming payments.) (ii) Earth strip with protection pipe 50mm GI light grade upto 7.5 meter is deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 5.0 KVA all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commisioning of split type air conditioner 2 TR capacity of inverter technology 3 star rating with cordless remote control, single phase, 240 volts complete with all accessories such as indoor and outdoor units and refrigerant tubing of adequate length as required at site, indoor mounting plate, outdoor mounting bracket made of mild steel duly powder coated fixing with anchor bolts at any height, drain pipe of suitable size brought to ground level from any height including initial filling of refrigerant gas including making round hole on existing wall for taking up refrigerant tubing, drain pipe and cables etc and making good the disturbed surface by matching with existing adjoining surfaces and fix factory fabricated mild steel stand suitable for installation of out door unit of split type air conditioner fixing arrangement with anchoring bolts on wall surface at suitable height as per site condition complete all as specified and directed .

Supply,install, testing and commisioning of split type air conditioner 1.5 TR capacity of inverter technology 3 star rating with cordless remote control, single phase, 240 volts complete with all accessories such as indoor and outdoor units and refrigerant tubing of adequate length as required at site, indoor mounting plate, outdoor mounting bracket made of mild steel duly powder coated fixing with anchor bolts at any height, drain pipe of suitable size brought to ground level from any height including initial filling of refrigerant gas including making round hole on existing wall for taking up refrigerant tubing, drain pipe and cables etc and making good the disturbed surface by matching with existing adjoining surfaces and fix factory fabricated mild steel stand suitable for installation of out door unit of split type air conditioner fixing arrangement with anchoring bolts on wall surface at suitable height as per site condition complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing RPM (Raised Pavement Marker) Cat eyes of one side prismatic retro reflective lens type of 11.50 cm x 7 cm x 1.6 cm in ASA plastic housing to be fixed with special adhesive on bituminous concrete pavement including test certificate from approved lab complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Providing and laying 2.5mm thick (exclusive of surface applied glass beads) hot applied thermo plastic compound including reflector rising glass beads @ 250 gm per sqm area as per IRC 35, including leveling to uniform surface free from streaks and holes etc. complete as per MORTH specification 803 complete all as specified and as directed.
