Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 Mtrs wide and not exc. 1.5 Mtr deep and getting out for taking out/laying cable, poles & stay etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick after the cable have been laid tested complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance n exc. 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable provided with layer of sand (8cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying the cable ie total 23 cm) complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Compacted / punned thickness of sand i.e. 18cm shall be considred for the purpose of payment.

M&L for brick laid in trenches for cable protection of burnt clay sub class ‘B’ complete laid dry flat, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) for repairing of street light pole coping etc including filling in road cuts/ hard standing etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L complete for drilling hole with trenchless technology under hard standing /road for laying of pipe for protection of cable etc by means of manual booklet and without disturbing the top surface or cutting and making good the disturbed surface to the existing if any, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F GI Tubing light grade of size 40 mm bore for LT cable protection including clamps, nut, bolts and washer etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F GI Tubing light grade of size 80mm bore for LT cable protection including clamps, nut, bolts and washer etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnect the cable connection from existing LT Panel and Taking up and down the unsv cable and made necessary cable connections as per site site requirement removing old materials for taking credit all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in replacement of LT XLPE insulated under ground 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of following sizes in trenches /passing through pipes/ on poles etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting LT supply and taking out defective LT ACB of cap 1200 to 2500 Amps of any make and rating and servicing by cleaning the fix and moving parts, removing dust particle by using high speed blower applying greese/jelly to moving mechanism and moving parts , tightening & connection complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Spares shall be measured and paid seprately as supply only.

Supply only micro processor based OCR relay as per existing model for ACB 630 to 1250 Amps capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : Havells / L&T /HPL.

(ii) 1.2 mtr to 1.30 mtr height one coat of white & blue luminios. (iii) 1.30 mtr height to top of the pole two coats of aluminium paint.

Taking down any type of street light /flood light fitting of any size and type from existing LT pole, bldg, complete for repair and refixing the same after repairing work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (spares required for repair shall be measured and paid separately).

S&F 1.5 Sqmm two core stranded PVC insulated copper conductor FRLS cable for connection of fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make: finolex/ havells/ polycab

M&L for defect rectification electric cable for LTcables laid in trenches by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locating machine comprising of surge generator pulse, ECHO fault locator with high frequency distance calculator etc. including and additional excavation in normal alluvial strata required for exposing the cable fault removal of deteriorated portion of cable treating of cable and keeping the same ready for jointing work for cable. The fault locating equipments will be brought to site within the hours of instruction from Engr-in-Charge. Joint shall be measured and paid seprately.

Supply & jointing heat shrinkable straight through joint suitable for LT 1100 Volt grade XLPE cable of size 240/300 Sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No. 36 here in before but suitable for cable size 50-150 sq mm -ditto-.

M&L for earthing in replacement of with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below ground level connected to GI strip 32x6mm as earth lead by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers of GI or steel, including PCC (concrete chamber) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, with fair finish internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire gauge mesh, 80 mm thick RCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM, JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) and specified including provision of GI strip protected by 40 mm dia medium grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade, and including all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repair to bus bar chamber including tightening of all nuts/ bolts and replacement of unserviceable/ melted nuts/ bolts, bus bars, thimbles, MCCBs, as per existing type, cleaning of entire system with cleaning agent and insulating the bus bar with proper insulation complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. Note:- a) bus bar trucking repair of one building shall be carried out block wise b) one block with 22 bus bar trucking system for each floor shall be given to contractor and repair of the same bus bar shall be carried on same day (1100 hrs to 1600 hrs) to avoid any inconvience to the user. c) contractor shall arrange sufficient man power with proper safety arrangements and equipments to complete repair of bus bar system of one block on same day (1100 hrs to 1600 hrs). d) MCCB/Busbar required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately.

Detecting the fault of any capacities of DG Sets and any location by providing skilled tradesman & helper with necessary safety and working equipment such as multimeter, speedometer and other required tools and plants and rectified the defects on top priority basis/as and when required including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Inspection of the DG Set of capacity 125 KVA -160 KVA in Sekhon Vihar finding out defects, cleaning dismantling repair/recondition servicing of the complete DG set setting of valve timing by replacement of spares as required including wiring testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- Spares required will be measured under separated item here in after.

Dismantling of PT pump assembly from DG set Make - Cummins /ruston/kirloskar engine for repair, cleaning, serviceable, overhauling of pump assembly with necessary calibration including replacement of spares as required, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out self starter 12/24 volt from the DG Set, transportation to workshop opening/disconnecting all internal connection, cleaning the same taking out burnt armature, segregation serviceable parts for re-use, rewinding of armature with existing size of copper wire. Reassembling the same with replacement of carbon brush 01 set, Beadex pinion 01 No, Half clutch assembly 01 No, Field coil 01 No, solonoid switch 01 No., commitator 01 nos, fixing the self starter on the engine at site and testing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnect the 180 AH battery lead connections from 160 KVA DG set and transport the battery to work shop for reconditioning work by using dedicated battery regenerator. Sulfation on plates should be removed by using high powered pulses, reconstruct the damaged battery post, replace the electrolyte and recharge the battery upto 24 to 36 hours to gain more than 12 volts. After completion of reconditioning work the battery will be refix at the same generator including necessary testings complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnect the 150 AH battery lead connections from 125 KVA DG set and transport the battery to work shop for reconditioning work by using dedicated battery regenerator. Sulfation on plates should be removed by using high powered pulses, reconstruct the damaged battery post, replace the electrolyte and recharge the battery upto 24 to 36 hours to gain more than 12 volts. After completion of reconditioning work the battery will be refix at the same generator including necessary testings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of injector any DG Set in Sekhon Vihar for repair, cleaning of and overhauling of the same with necessary calibration including replacement of necessary parts as required, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- spares required will be measured under separate item).

Supply only kit Injector assembly of existing make, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for distilled water for lead acid battery complete all as specified and as directed.

Tightening and fixing in position loose hanging aluminium strip of any size on wall or building roof using new insulators of porceline of approved size and fixing existing Aluminium strip on the same as existing complete as specified and directed.(Insulators will be measured and paid separately against the item in the schedule)

Supply and fix in replacement of Aluminium Strip of size 25 X 3 .15mm buried/laid in trenches/fixed on wall/tower etc complete as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement of ceramic supporter with nut bolts / screws for fixing of copper / aluminium strips / GI strips on wall/Roof etc complete as specified and directed.
