Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (seven point five) in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four coarse sand), as per direction of Engineer- in -Charge, including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors,including watering, ramming,consolidating and dressing complete, as per direction of Engineer- in -Charge, including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm (twenty centimeter )in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete, as per direction of Engineer- in -Charge, including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (one cement : two coarse sand : four graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (twenty millimeters nominal size), as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lfts and other incidentals.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns,etc. for mass concrete, as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lfts and other incidentals.
