Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4mm thick HPSC pre-prime non asbestos fibre cement building board (E-classic ) decorative finish fixed with screws to snap grid including pre powder coated GI frame with suspension system (Grid) comprising of T section 25x35x0.7 mm size as main runners and wall angle of size 25x25x0.7 mm to placed along the wall at desired level of the False ceiling using 4mm dia GI suspender of suitable size and dash fastners, rowl plug of size 12.7 mm dia to be provided at desired distance including re-fixing false ceiling lights, electric fittings/fixture etc including dismantling of existing false ceiling with snap grid, cover fillets etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 4mm thick HPSC pre-prime non asbestros fiber cement building board (E-classic or equivalent) decorateive finish fixed to aluminium/GI frame work with holding down clips in false ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation/sub base of floor surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mmthick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (Using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured joint free non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectengular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match to floor over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles 300 x 450 x 7 mm thick for work on vertical surface such as skirting, dado, set & jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing wall surfaces etc over 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of wall or conc surfaces in CM 1:3 finished rough for wall tiling or in skirting/dado etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 ( Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/path finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and application of 5 layer SHR waterproofing Coating System as per manufacturer application procedure on leaking concrete surface by through surface preparation with high pressure water jet min 125 bars, opening the cracks, followed by one absorption coat of Nano-tech enhanced elastomeric water proofing (NEEWP) emulsion havig UV resistance and min 50% solids, filling and sealing the cracks, then over coating with 2 coats of NEEWP + cement mixtures as water proofing coat having + 450% elongation. The surface is then to be tested for water tightness with ponding test for min 2 days and then top coated with 2 coats of SHR coating oure acrylic based, UV resistant, non yellowing, bio-organism resistant (anti fungal, anti bacterial) conforming to BIS STD IS-17218:2019 with pull off adhesion 2.8 Mpa, passes 2000 hrs accelerated durability test, suitable for all types of cementitious surfaces, white colour, mat, surface coverage 3.25 Sqm/Ltr/2 coats, DFT 100-120 microns using brush, roller, airless spray guns as applicable. Note :- The product shall be tested at NABL approved Lab and application shall be done by the approved applicator of the company.

M&L for preparation of old treated surface of wall by scrapping with wire brush/sanding paper/ metal patti, removing nails etc and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over one coat of 2 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated surface of ceiling by scrapping with wire brush/sanding paper/ metal patti, removing nails etc and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper on ceiling surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints on old wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

The panel board shall be fabricated from a reputed CPRI-approved firm and shall be suitable to accommodate the following: complete all as specified and directed:- OUTER SHELL:- The outer shell shall be made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA body & MS angle section 50x50x6 mm frame with front & back openable, single door system lockable/ openable by keys from both sides, having flush pattern fancy locks with louvers & air vent gasket for natural flow of air. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate providing the entry of an armoured cable of adequate size with glands. The dimension of the outer shell should be adequate to accommodate the inner shell described below, fitting a 50 mm space all around and shall be fabricated in such a way that the complete inner shell, along with its control gears and accessories, should be taken outside without disturbing the outer shell. The outer shell shall be mounted on a zinc metal-coated stand. Provision of threaded earthing studs at the bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at the top to lift the feeder pillar box safely shall be made. INNER SHELL :- Inner shell made of 2.0 mm thick CRCA body compartmentalized for each control gear, front openable single door system lockable/openable by keys from both sides having chromium plated fancy locks (2 Nos in each compartment) having louvers and air vents gasket for natural flow of air "U' type gasket shall be used to make the inner shell completely vermin proof and to accomodate incomer/outgoing MCCB's and TPN copper bus bar and extension links of rating not less than the 1.5 times rated capacity of the respective MCCB's. The TPN bus bar and extension links shall be insulated with colour-coated heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on a suitable size 'F' class throughout the length of the TPN bus bar. A detachable predrilled gland plate of thickness 3.15 mm, zinc metal coated should be used at the bottom, indicating lamps LED type, 230 Volt, AC at the inlet of the unit to show three-phase availability at the inlet. An inspection lamp with an 11-watt CFL shall be fitted on the top side of inner shell. The degree of protection for the inner shell shall be IP-42 and carry the following controls. :-

M&L for concealed Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of size 32 mm dia in wall , exclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks including taking down old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair RJ-45 sockets in sunken boxes complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable plug and socket enclosure of any type and size and making good the disturbed surface to its true nature complete all as specified and directed.
