Dismantling of asbestos cement sheet (corrugated or semi corrugated etc) as in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 6 mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheet with side lap, fixed with 'L' or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts, nuts & washers etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing only asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheet as obtained from dismantling of old sheets with side lap, fixed with 'L' or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.63 mm thick galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side lap, fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts and washers, in roof covering, walls cladding etc, with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing only galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting as obtained from dismantling of old sheets here in before with two corrugation side lap, fixed with & including 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts in roof covering, wall cladding etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.63 mm thick plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre- painted hot dip aluminium Zinc alloy metalic coated trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick ( Total coated thickness), any pattern corresponding to IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ 150 of an approved colour having yield strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/wall cladding, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre- painted hot dip aluminium Zinc alloy metalic coated plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick ( Total coated thickness), any pattern corresponding to IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ 150 of an approved colour having yield strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/wall cladding, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and as directed. Note: To be executed for provision of ridges, valley and hips.

S&F in repairs, suspended false ceiling using E-grid 2430, 180 GSM (exposed ceiling suspension system ) of grid size 600mmx600 mm with main runner 38 mm x 24 mm and wall angle 24mm x 24mm using 4mm thick High Pressure stean Crude Everest Non Asbestos Fiber Cement plain Board (E-Board Classic) in & including a grid of GI system duly suspended with 4mm dia GI wire hanger fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purlin from the roof with adjustment clip providing positions for light fixtures,air conditioning diffuser and ducts ,sprinkler ,smoke detectors etc.The main runners to be secured to structural soffits by hanger @ 1220 mm maximum c/c. the last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at more than 450mm from the adjucent wall,Flush fitting 1220 mm cross tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 610mm c/c,so as to form 600mm x 600 mm grid complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs, Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5 mm thick single side prelam wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs, 5 mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35 mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rolled mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S. 1161-1998 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors,balusters,nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surface over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel or drain including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, etc finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including provision of joint of size 10 mm wide & 10 mm deep and filling with bitumen mastic joint filling at every 3m length and at corners complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor, finished the surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in path / paving / hard standing / floor and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for forming contraction (dummy) joints 65mm deep x10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm ditto complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, cills, hold fasts, fixing of post, water trough etc. including necessary formwork (straight or curved) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Precast RCC 1:1.5:3, type A1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab with plain fair faces including chamfers, weathering and setting in cement mortar 1:6 including form work complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape as required including cutting, bending cranking, hooking end and binding with mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in reinforcement bar complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in reinforcement bar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 34 here in before but except bricks. Note: Old serviceable bricks as obtained from demolition here-in-before shall be reused under this item complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls, chajja surfaces, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), in two layers, under coat of 10 mm thick & top of 5 mm thick, to other than fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces, top layer 5 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound (@ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instructions), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately as "Supply only".

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), to fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following of treatment/specification from bottom to top:- (i) Taking out old roof treatment and roughening the old concrete slab by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and disposal of rubbish not exceeding 100 mtr distance from starting point. (ii) Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 with mixing of WPC and surface finished fare and smooth without using extra cement after applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm for laying APP membrane. (iii) Cleaning of plastered roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.25ltr /Sqm conforming to IS:3384-1986. (iv) APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.5 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/Sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above over by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (v) Applying two coat of aluminium paint over the APP modified membrane @ 0.11Kg/sqm.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.
