SPECIAL REPAIRS TO INTERNAL ROAD NEAR FIRE BRIGADE AT WED, MANKHURD UNDER GE (NW) MANKHURD

M&L for repairs to potholes of any depth n exc 1.0 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, waterscouring sunken surfaces in road path etc & laying of patchmate material into the pothole and compacting the layer using power roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity (vibratory system as low & high) all as specified and directed by GE/EIC. Note: All T&P and requisite formwork/stopper during the execution also be provided by the contractor and rates shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate

Preparing surfaces of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes, sweeping with brooms & mechanical blower and removing the caked mud and waste material including M&L for applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 @5 Kg per 10 Sqm with sprayer over existing cleaned black top surface etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: AII T&P required during the execution also provided by the contractor and rates shall deemed to included in the quoted rate

M & L as in repair for premix bituminous macadam of consolidated thickness averaging 50mm to 75mm, with 4% binder content (paving bitumen of grade VG-30) by weight of total mix prepared in hot mix plant, laying of mix with self propelled sensor based paver. Compacted to required camber & gradient with 08 to 12 tonne with power roller and vibrating roller as low & high vibratory system etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The contractor's quoted rates shall also deemed to be included for the following: (i)The contractor shall get the mix design through Govt. approved lab/Engineering college/National test house/ NABL approved lab prior to the execution of work and the same shall be got approved from GE before providing BM. (ii) In case of variation in the bitumen content as per approved design mix in comparison with the bitumen content as specified above, the variation in quantity of bitumen shall be adjusted @ Rs.46.5 per Kg. (iii) All T&P and requisite formwork/stopper during the execution also be provided by the contractor.

M & L semi dense ashphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (paving bitumen VG-30 grade) by weight of total mix prepared in hot mix plant, laying of mix with self propelled sensor based paver. Compacted to required camber & gradient with 08 to 12 tonne with power roller and vibrating roller as low & high vibratory system etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The contractor's quoted rates shall also deemed to be included for the following: (i) The contractor shall get the mix design through Govt. approved lab/Engineering college/National test house/ NABL approved lab prior to the execution of work and the same shall be got approved from GE before providing SDAC. Preparing bituminous surfaces of road and M&L for marking 2.5 mm thick centre & both side lines, stop lines, dashed, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as sprcified and directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block Coloured with white cement and pigment having glossy finish any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade over and including 25 mm thick sand cushion including M&L for providing PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm graded aggregate) as sub base 75mm thick iincluding demolition of old interlocking tiles & comcrete of any type or size and removing debris outside MD land upto requisite distance complete all as specified and directed by EIC

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required including demolition of old kerb stone and removing debris outside MD land upto requisite distance complete all as specified and directed by EIC

S&F as in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20 mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. Make ;- 3M, Shakti, Asian or equivalent.

S&F as in repairs solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall 100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25 mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed Make ;- 3M, Shakti, Asian or equivalent.

S&F as in repairs Poly carbonate convex mirror outdoor type 1000mm dia made out fibre alongwith bracket and fixing the MS pipe embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate concrete complete all as specified and directed. Make:-DARK EYE/Frontier polymers Pvt Ltd, 3M, Shakti, Asian or equivalent complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
