Sch 'A' Part - I (Building Works)

Design and M&L for construction of Pre-engineered building for block of Training Shed for agniveers at location specified on site plan and as per parameters / specification provided in DBR & Particular Specification (PS) Note: (i) The complete design of the bldgs mentioned under Sch ‘A’ Part-I shall be carried out and the design and drawings shall got vetted from any IIT & also refer scope of work mentioned in Sch 'A' Notes and details of scope under Phase-I, Phase-II and Phase- III. Contractor shall also submit detailed estimate alongwith yard stick for approval by CWE as per Annex 'B' to Sch 'A' Notes and shall be deemed to include in quoted lump sum.

Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for ROAD, PATH, CULVERTS AND HARDSTANDING WORKS as listed in Schedule ‘A’ Part- IV (Ref prepriced schedule attached seperately)

Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS as listed in Schedule ‘A’ Part-V (Ref prepriced schedule attached seperately)

Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for EXCAVATION, EARTH WORK AND SITE DEVELOPMENT WORKS as listed in Schedule ‘A’ Part-VI (Ref prepriced schedule attached seperately)

SCH 'A' Pt - VII (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS)

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS NOTE:- For items of EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-II (EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS) shall also be applicable.

Material and labour for cutting the existing cast iron pipe 80 mm dia for inserting 50 mm dia GI pipe and including new tee 80/50mm bore for branch connections drilling, welding, and screwing with nuts, bolts, and washers with mild steel clamps welded with GI socket 50 mm dia including excavation of earth work, removal of soil and refilling complete all as specified and directed by EIC

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS NOTE:- For items of EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-III (EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS) shall also be applicable.

M&L for road cutting/hard standing/plinth for cable laying in protection pipe with size of trench not more than 0.30 x 0.30 m complete all as specified and directed.
