Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m deep for foundation of poles/stay/cable etc including getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard and dense soil

Removing excavated material n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

M&L for sand cushioning to cable with dry fine sand in trenches 8 cm below the cable and 15 cm above the cable after laying complete all as specified in SSR Part-II

M&L for bricks laid in trenches flat with width equal to length of brick for cable protection well burnt sub class 'B' laid across the cable complete

Dismantling and taking out UG cable any size unserviceable items fixed in any position and removal from site, all as directed.

S&F 1100 volt grade heavy duty XLPE cable with PVC insulated aluminum conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel strip or wire and overall PVC sheathed of size 16 Sqmm nominal cross section 4 core laid in trenches, fixed to pole or passing through pipes including all necessary clamps, nuts, bolts washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mmx 600mmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level) with the top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32x6mm, by means of steel bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No. 03 of SSR Part -I connected to earthing point , PCC pit in mix 1:3:6 type C1 with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 40mm thick cover, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20mm bore medium grade G.I. watering pipe, common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earh work including testing on completion.

S&F in repair single pointed air termination aluminium rod 12mm dia 300 mm long including nuts & bolts for fixing air termination rod to pole/ pipe duly insulated by providing appropriate insulator all as required at site.

M&L in replacement test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorpous bronze size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fix in replacement aluminum strip 25x3.15mm as roof conductor or down conductor or along the pole/pipe complete with saddles/ insulators made out of porcelain or fibere and fixing screws all as required at site or directed.

Supply & fix in Replacement GI strip 32x6mm, buried in ground or fixed to wall etc for loop earthing.

Supply ,installation , testing and commissioning of LT panel board fabricated out of 2 mm thich powder coated CRC sheet with copper bus bar 4 pole equal of capacity in colour code R,Y & B1000 Amps 415 Volts indoor type floor mounted angle Iron Size not less then 1.5 mtr x 1.5 m x 0.3M installed on porcelain insulators with bus bar chamber. the panel shall be dust and vermin proof, protection class IP 42 class front opening & compartmental type with approach for cable entry and for easy maintinancce duly internally wired with FRLS , PVC insulated standerd copper cable of 2.0 Sqmm including LED indicator R,Y,B 3 Phase volt meter digital type and comprising of the following : Incoming MCCB 400 Amps 4 pole 36 Ka 415 Volts 70 to 100 % , 50 Hz Out going MCCB 250 Amps 4 Pole 36 KA 415 Volts 70 -100% , 50 HZ ----05 Nos
