M&L for dismantling of existing panel including disconnecting connected cables, etc. and supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of factory made LT cubical double door panel with roof canopy, outdoor type, of Suitable to accomodate the following accessories made out of CRCA sheet 3 MM thick duly powder coated with Seimens Grey Shade RAL 7032, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof outer cubicle. Inner cubicle should be made out of 2 MM thick CRCA sheet with working voltage of 415V, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire fully compartmentalised with single door system for each compartment. Outer cubicle having both sides door openable and should be provided with suitable louvers for ventilation. Bus bars provided shall be adequately supported on insulators to withstand dynamic stresses due to short circuit current and shall be suitably colour coded with heat shrinkable sleeve for phase indication. The standard phase arrangement when facing the switchgear shall be R-Y-B from left to right. The bus bar connections and their insulated supports shall be mechanically strong, and shall withstand all the stresses which shall be imposed upon them in ordinary working due to fixing, vibration, fluctuation in temp., shot-circuit or other causes. The bus bar should be supported on DMC. Provision shall be made for expansion and contraction of the bus bars and connections with variation of temp. Internal wiring should be done with 2.5 sqmm multi-stranded copper conductors and shall be properly bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification, crimped and shall be connected with suitable lugs and PVC sleeves, etc. The bottom of the panel should contain detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. Threaded earthing studs - 02 Nos shall be provided at the bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made. The cubicle incomer MCCB as well as outgoings shall have copper TPN/TP extension links of current rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders with Ics = 100% Icu in all MCCBs . Supply and fixing of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overlall PVC sheathed in service connection size of 6 sqmm one twin core cable flat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches for not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out in Hard/dense soil including taking out faulty cable/cable, cable covers and GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out cable loop after necessary excavation ,cutting the burnt out damage end of cable ,refixing the cable providing suitable size of brass cable gland and aluminium lugs complete with all necessary connection with the existing system and refilling of excavated soil making finishing with the existing ground surface for the following sizes:-

Stay assembly using stay rod of 16mm dia complete with accessories shown in electrical plate No. 1 of SSR 2009 Part -I including galvanised steel standard wire of size 7/4mm,loop type insulator size 65x90mm cmplete all as specified. Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid for separetely.

M&L for cutting/ grooving on plinth/wall/verandah in any condition for laying of cable through pipe and making good the disturbed surface by using cement concrete 1:2:4 type C-2 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for dismantling and taking down old ACSR conductor from steel poles and removing from site complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for replacement of cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural sections including nuts, bolts, and washer bending hot or cold, drilling holes for bolts of any size and painting with two coats of aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr in-Charge.

Material and labour for ACSR conductor weasel/ferret or as required on site any size drawn straight horizontal on over head lines on existing poles including binding with insulators. Weight of conductor shall be measured straight horizontal distance between centre of two adjacent poles and calculating weight of conductor of size and length by adding 3% extra for sag ,jointing jumpers,etc complete all as specified.

M&L Galvanized steel wire 4mm dia for earth wire on LT poles stretched without kinks, bends and bending with wire and fabrication of cradles hexagonal/rectangular guards etc. complete as specified incl taking down old wire of any type, shape and size complete all as specified.

Straining only existing loose conductors / GI wire of any size complete all as and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Distance between two poles shall be measured as a single span.

Material and labour for dismantling and taking down old insulators any type complete all as spd and directed.

M & L in replacement for shackle type, porcelain, vitreous, white brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut for 75 mm height, 90 mm dia, 1100 volts grade complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of surfaces,scraping of old paint of steel tubular pole and cross arms, applying two coat of synthetic aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on LT pole including making yellow & black strips by paint all as directed by Engr -in-Charge on poles upto 1.5 mtr height above copping level & numbering with writing letters of figures (block), height n'exc 10 cm and letter of figures n'exc 10 Nos with black letter under yellow circle for electric pole complete all as directed including preparation of surfaces of pole/ cross arms complete all as directed.

Taking out old/bent/straight/ tilted LT any capacity any size poles after breaking the PCC for reuse or taking out to store complete all as directed.(The rate quoted shall include the cost of excavation,dismantling of conductor, cross-arms and insulators)

Fixing only Steel tubular swagged poles complete with GI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws specified type 410 SP-31(9 mtrs long) duly painted with aluminium paint two coat over a coat of red oxide, including necessary earth work ,PCC for foundation and PCC for coping as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.(Note: Straight steel pole retrieved from above sr item 35)

Supply and fixing in replacement Thimble Aluminium crimping type for 16 to 25 sqmm size cable complete all as directed and specified.

Supply & Fix in repair bracket for street light fittings made out of 40 mm bore medium grade GI tubing 1.5 m long bent to shape and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer repair all as specified and directed.
