Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water , etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick(12+8mm) polymer modified ready mixed cement plaster including necessary scaffolding up to 24 m height complete all as specified ( NOTE :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply only integral water proofing compound

Chipping, removing carefully loose/damaged concrete incl plastering (total thickness upto 60mm ) from RCC surfaces of columns, beams,Chajas, soffits of slabs etc by low impact Hammer/Breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning the surfaces with wire brush etc and disposal of debris out side MOD land, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Hard concrete shall not be removed by force.

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement by sand blasting with suitable pump as directed by the GE and wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make. "Feovert" of "Krishna Conchem" OR "Roff Rust Cleaner' of 'Pidilite' OR 'Shali Rustoff' of 'STP Ltd', on rebars with time interval of 1 hr between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.)

M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using Corroseal - ZR of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed . Note:- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.

M&L for providing mild steel TMT bars in various structural RCC elements like column, beams and Slab etc. including cutting, bending, fixing the bars,welding with existing bars etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: This item is applicable for additional bars required in the existing RCC structures.

M&L for Epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc (NITOBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit OR equivalent of M/s. Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members by using polymer modified mortar from M/s. Krishna Conchem (Monolith-PMM) OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr Fixit, while the bonding agent is still tacking upto 40mm thickness including levelling, profiling etc in two layers, each layer not exceeding 20mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for casting & repairing of excessively damaged distressedRCC members (exceeding 60mm in thickness) with prebatched, prepacked, single component ready to use microconcrete from Fosroc (Renderoc RG) or equivalent of Dr. Fixit as approved by GE, at any level/ height and at any lead or lift as directed including prefabricated water tight formwork, centering, scaffolding, also including mixing , laying, levelling, finishing, curing etc as per manufacturer's specifications and all other relevant works, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Items no 8 to 11 has to be done proir micro concrete and shall be paid seperately (Note: Reinforcement only shall be measured and paid separately).

Material & Labour for applying one coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

Drilling and fixing teflon noozzles in RCC Members , including , drilling holes , drilling 12 mm dia , 50 to 100 mm deep holes in structural members at the interval of 300 to 500 mm staggered manner or as directed by the consteltants in RCC structural element , cleaning of holes , clean the holes by air blower piror to fixing the noozles , fixing of noozeles insert 12 mm dia Teflon nozzels in cleaned holes ,External end of nozolles to be machine to recive outlet of grouting gun , fix it insiode the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing , cure the system for min 12 hrs cutting of nozzles cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting with out damaged structurel element

M & L for Grouting injecting low viscosity high moleculer weight thermosett /monopol or equivalent polymer by pressure and using injecter with accessorises till nozzles refused the accept the grout incliding , mixing of materials , mixing material components quantities as per mfg instruction by weight batching grouting fill the grouting gun with material maintain desired pressure in the gun air by compreser maintion thr pressure at exit ( 3 to 4 kg / cm2 ) by monitering pressure gauge at exit ., gout the material through pre fixed nozzles in the structurel elements till its refusal . seal the nozzles with putty after the refusal , moniter leakages through other nozzles while grouting and seal them as per requirement complete all as specfied and directed.

M & L for two coats of water proof paint inside OHT of approx 20.00 mtr of food grade paint materials from Pidilite, Dr Fixit or STP equivalent make all as specfied and directed

Dismantling of brick work /stone bouldersbuilt in cement mortar including all quins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work in CM (1:6) using sub class 'B' bricks strainght or or curved as curved as required on plan exc 6mtrs mean radius etc.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6, as in wall etc complete all as specified & directed. Note: PCC bond stone and face work shall be measured and paid separately.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on fair face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 40 mm for granite or trap stone of face beds & joints as specified of random rubble walling uncoursed or brought upto course complete all as specified.
