Taking down carefully electric motar of centrifugal pump set of capacity 20 /15 HP including MS channels frame from foundation after disconnecting GI pipes/main electric supply from motor starter panel and keeping the MS channel frame at site for repairs/painting and carrying the pump set to nearest repairing workshop including bringing back after repair work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling carefully centrifugal pump set of capacity 12.5/15/20 HP and taking out all serviceable and unserviceable parts and cleaning/removing all dust particles such as mould and moss etc re-assembling the same after greasing the ball bearing including necessary gaskets etc and replacement of underviceable parts complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Replacement of column pipe shall be measured and paid seperately.

Dismantling carefully submersible motor 12.5 HP capacity and taking out the burnt/worn coils from the slots of startor and other accessories such as ball bearing/bushing and rotor etc. including necessay cutting/grinding/drilling/machining works for fixing of spare parts and cleaning the stator slots and rewinding the same with new supper enamelled copper winding wire with appropriate gauge and weight heating, varnishing with doctor beck's insulating varnish, painting the motor with existing colour and re-assembling the same testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling carefully submersible pump to 12.5 to 15 HP capacity and taking out all serviceable/unserviceable parts and cleaning/removing all mould/ moss/ foreign material scale and dirt etc. re-assembling the same after greasing the ball bearing including necessary gaskets and replacement of unserviceable spare parts complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Materials required for replacement will be measured and paid separately.

S&F galvanised iron column pipe of size 80mm dia, heavy duty grade of 6.15m long each pipe, both end threaded, fixed with two Nos galvinised iron flange on both end, including welding (both inside and outside) and drilling holes on flanges as per existing size/ grading etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of 20 HP/15HP capacity centrifugal pump set after removing old painted/rusted surface by paint removers with blow lamps, claming with scrapers etc over the surface of motor/ pump/chennal base of pump set and painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint (as per existing colour) on motor/pump body over two coats of red synthetic enamel paint on fan guard / two coat of black synthetic enamel paint on base channel frame over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer shall be painted with electrical spray machine complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling of framed steel work of any description such as in ladder work, supporting angle/ flats of tank structure, cover plates, cleats etc from over head steel / RCC tank erected on 2 to 16m high staging, segregation of serviceable steel keeping the same in safe custody for reuse and unserviceable materials removing from site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work as in ladder, cleats, areation tower and similar work in water tank conforming to Fe - 410-O or Fe-310-O by welding or screwing nut bolt & washer, including applying two coats of black bituminous lead free paint (suitable for drinking water) over one coat of red oxide primer on MS work carried out on internal side of PS tank and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on MS work carried out on outer side of tanks after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Supply only unslaked lime (Ca (OH)₂) in poly bag / container of 9 Kg of approved quality with water in proportionate way for achieving proper sedimentation of water at all time at pump houses as directed by competent authority for better purification/sedimentation process at above installations complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only bleaching powder of approved quality for cleaning/ washing the balancing tank, areation tower during decaning/refilling with fresh water at an interval as directed by competent authority for better cleanleness of balancing tank/areation tower or at other indicated places complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only calcium based high strength chlorination chemical (chlorine contents not less than 65%) with water in proportionate way for maintaining adequate chlorine at all time at Pump Houses as directed by competent authority for water disinfection complete all as specified and as directed.

Collecting/taking sample of raw water and tap water from pump houses & getting tested from Directorate of PHED office for physical /Chemical /Bacterelogical analysis. The report shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Water sample shall be collected from pump houses by the contractor.

Supply and laying 20mm dia UPVC pipes of pressure rating 10 Kgf/sq.cm with all fittings (such as bend, elbows, tees, short pieces of medium grade, connectors, back nuts, caps, plugs, unions, etc.) and laying in trenches/floor/ducts and also cutting pipes, screwing and for making bends on piping as required after taking down old pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 25mm dia UPVC pipes of pressure rating 10 Kgf/Sq.cm with all fittings (such as bend, elbows, tees, short pieces of medium grade, connectors, back nuts, caps, plugs, unions, etc) laying in trenches/floor/ducts and also cutting pipes, screwing and for making bends on piping as required after taking down old pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down of the old existing serviceable/unserviceable pressed steel plate of size 1.25mx1.25mx5/6mm thick (bottom and sides of the tank) from existing over head pressed steel tank erected on 12m height staging by unscrewing/opening/cutting the nut, bolts, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The serviceable plates shall be segregated and stacked properly duly cleaned at site for re-use and all other unserviceable plates, nuts, bolts, washers, etc. shall be removed from work site.

S&F pressed steel plate of size 1.25mx1.25mx 5mm thick suitable for steel over head tank at 12m height staging as per existing one (bottom and side) including tightening of nuts, bolts and provision of necessary lead wool, rubber gasket, nuts, bolts, washers, etc. including applying two coats of black bituminous lead free paint (suitable for drinking water) on inner surface and two coats of aluminium paint on outer surface over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed Note:- Necessary new nuts, bolts, washers, etc. shall be deemed to be inclusive with quoted rate.

Labour only for re-fixing of old serviceable pressed steel plate in existing PS tank using new jointing materials like nuts, bolts, washers, lead wool, rubber gasket, etc. as per existing type including preparation of surfaces and applying two coats black lead free bituminous paint on inner side complete all as specified and as directed . Note: Necessary new nuts, bolts, washers, etc. shall deemed to be inclusive with quoted rate.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of any description, shape and size at height from 9-15m i.e. wall of RCC tank and pump house rooms, etc. by scrapping with mild steel wire brush and sand paper to remove all the loose paint, sludges, rust, etc. and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of pressed steel over head tank of any description, shape and size at height from 9-15m by scrapping with mild steel wire brushes and sand papering to remove all the loose paint, sludges, rust, etc. and applying one coat of aluminium paint over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old painted steel surfaces of pipes those are exposed & laid horizontally at pump houses not exc. 10cm width or girth by scrapping with mild steel wire brush and sand papering to remove the existing paint completely and sludges, rust, etc. and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for preparing old painted oxidation chamber and two Nos of filter plant of any description, any shape and any size at pump house Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 11 & 13 by scrapping with mild steel wire brush and sand papering to remove the existing paint completely and sludges, rust, etc. and applying one coat of aluminium paint over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including inlet and outlet pipe with arrow marking complete all as specifed and as directed. Note : One oxidation chamber and two filter chambers shall measured in one job.

M&L for three core flat submersible cables of size 6 Sq.mm with bare bunched copper conductor insulated PVC sheathed for submersible Pump Motor with voltage grade upto 1100 volt conforming to IS-694:1990 complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for grass / bush cutting inside the permisses of pump house Nos. 1 and 2 (consider in one job for both pump house) at any time growth of grass not more than 1 inch complete all as specified and as directed. Note: One job for grass/bush cutting will be done properly up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. 2. Tools/machinary/ FOL for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and laying galvanised iron pipes, medium grade, ISI marked with all fittings (such as bend, elbows, tees, short pieces of medium grade, connectors, back nuts, caps, plugs, unions, etc.) laid in trenches/floor/ducts and also cutting pipes, screwing and for making forged bends on piping as required complete all as specified and as directed of the following sizes:-

GI pipe 100mm bore

GI pipe 80mm bore

GI pipe 50mm bore

GI pipe 40mm bore

GI pipe 25mm bore

M&L for repair/replacement of the LT panel internal wiring as disconnecting all electric supply and removal of all the internal wiring, lugs of wire and replace the same with new lugs and wiring of same size complete all including painting of panel and testing after electric supply complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of dosing chamber fabricating with cast iron of capacity 20 litre installed at different pump houses including all items as required including taking down old existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of steel external surface of LT panel board of average size 2x1.5x.6 (approx.), installed at various pump houses for spray painting on external surface on old painted surfaces by using one coat of synthetic enamelled paint of approved colour after cleaning properly the external surface including cutting the detonated portion/ fabrication works to LT panel board including making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of supporting pillar built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F net of size 3mx10m best quality as approved for covering the sedimentation/clear water tank installed at different pump houses complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F gun metal gate valve of size 50mm dia, ISI marked, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe with union including taking down/out old existing unserviceable gate valves complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 80 here-in-before but of size 25mm dia.

Lifting/lowering and dismantling carefully monoblock submersible motor of capacity 7.5/5 HP and taking out the burnt/worn out coils from the slots of stator and other accessories such as ball bearing/bushing and roto, etc. including necessay cutting/grinding/drilling/machining works for fixing of spare parts and cleaning the stator slots with changing the defective items and rewinding the same with new super enamelled copper winding wire with appropriate gauge and weight heating, varnishing with doctor beck's insulating varnish and re-assembling the same testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Lifting/lowering and dismantling carefully submersible motor of capacity 1.5 HP and taking out the burnt/worn out coils from the slots of stator and other accessories such as ball bearing/bushing and roto, etc. including necessay cutting/grinding/drilling/machining works for fixing of spare parts and cleaning the stator slots with changing the defective items and rewinding the same with new super enamelled copper winding wire with appropriate gauge and weight heating, varnishing with doctor beck's insulating varnish and re-assembling the same testing complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- The contract sum shall be derived by deducting the amount shown in Schedule of Credit attached to this tender from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
